The Pledge of Allegiance
Today, the Associated Press reported that Michael Newdow, a Sacramento doctor 
and lawyer, says "I want to be treated equally." He added that the supporters of the phrases "under God' and "In God We Trust" want to have their religious views espoused by the government.
In 2005, a federal judge ruled in favor of Newdow saying that the Pledge of Allegiance is unconstitutional. I have shown that this ruling is wrong. In my blog dated 10/11/07, I prove that the USA is a nation under God. Previously, I have proven that the Declaration of Independence is a US law in my August 2, 2007 blog. This blog also shows that both the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution express the existence of God. Thus, I am showing that atheism cannot be practiced in the USA in any way that would destroy the belief in God.
Earlier, I informed President George W. Bush., Chief Justice John Roberts, Senator Robert Byrd, John D. Rockefeller, IV, and Representative Shelley Moore Capito of my research on these subjects.

Even if the Declaration is law, as you put it, it still isn't clear by what manner it would enforce much of anything, given that the days of King George of Great Britain, and his "injuries and usurpations," are past. The only mention of God made by the Declaration is that men are "endowed by their Creator" with various rights. So the Declaration certainly affirms God's existence. But at no point does it say that disbelief in this existence is (or even should be) a crime.
Would you argue that it is also illegal to disagree with the government? I would have to guess not, because you apparently disagree with the de facto refusal of American government from the local to federal levels of arresting open atheists.

One must study the first two paragraphs of the Declaration and the writings of the founders to understand these paragraphs. I read them as a theologian, philosopher, scientist and problem solver.
God is mentioned twice.
Having a disbeief in God's existence is not a crime. But, activities against God and his existence could be viewed as crime.
It is not legal to act against the declaration of Independence, the Constitution,and any US law. Acts against the government is also not legal.
Acts are different than beliefs.
Your last statement is not clear to me.

Whoops! You're right ("…the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God…") Anyway, you can ignore that last statement, since I made it under the impression that you thought atheism itself should be a crime (and was trying to draw a parallel that I admit doesn't necessarily work anyway). Just trying to help you see how some might misunderstand what you're trying to say… good luck with your work!
