The Developed and Undeveloped Mind
In the Intelligent Design of an active God, one finds that some of the indivisibles created by this God are human Spirits that can perceive. So, when a person is embodied with all other indivisibles, that person has only the potential to perceive and must perceive and concentrate on things by itself. Accordingly, our minds are created by an active God so that we can develop our minds and concentrate on specific things among us.
For the USA to get back on the path of developing democracies, I thus suggest that all member of Congress, all Supreme Court justices, and all Presidents must have minds that understand God and the economy.

You do realize how tall an order that is don't you?
We're talking about people that don't understand the concept of only spending what you take in. One of the most basic financial concepts is to never pay debt with debt but that got lost in DC a long time ago.

Response to David S. Wilkinson,
In 1977, when I was asked to measure the performance of my agency, the National Institute of Justice, I reported that a budget item is like a private investment but can never be repaid to the taxpayer.
I still do not believe that the People and the governmnt know how to explain this.
