More on the Faulty Oath in the US Constitution
The first two paragraphs of the Declaration of Independence focuses on the Union, freedom, a creator God, self-evident truths, equality of man, and unalienable rights, the inclusion of the ‘Laws of Nature and Nature’s God’ in the first paragraph is critical to the development of a beautiful mind by US citizens. I discuss these two laws, the Laws of Nature and the Laws of Nature’s God, often in my book, The First Scientific Proof of God. (click) However, these two laws were discussed earlier by Friedrich Schiller (1759-1805) in his book, ‘On the Aesthetic Education of Man in a Series of Letters.’ Schiller was the poet of those US Germans who fought the Revolutionary War against England.
In his letters, Schiller gives us a clear meaning of the symbol of Nature. To him, Nature is not the origin of man as evolutionists say. Instead, he says, ‘Nature begins with Man no better than with the rest of her works: she acts for him where he cannot yet act as a free intelligence for himself (Third Letter).’ Essentially, Nature guides a person until a person becomes mature and moral. The Laws of Nature are thus necessary laws. I say that they are laws of the infrastructure that supports life. On the other hand, the Laws of Nature’s God are moral laws that every person must learn. Schiller’s aesthetic education is a method of learning moral laws. The moral laws free man from desire and lead to man’s perfection.
As seen, governments, educational systems, sciences, and religions seem to be confused about human life.
