The American Way is Fading Away But Can Be Recovered, If We Change
After Americans landed on the moon in the late 1960s, the American Way began to lose its direction into the future. This future had been described clearly in the Preamble of the Constitution by the founders. They said, "We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, ...". With these words, the USA became a progressive nation under God. However, this futuristic aspect of the USA can be reignited simply by promoting the constitutional words of 'forming a more perfect Union.'
At the same time, the USA began to lose its God. This God was described by the founders in the first two paragraphs of the Declaration of Independence. This loss began to develop soon after the U.S. Supreme Court removed prayer from the public schools in 1967. However, since God is described by theologies (or by theories), prayers express theologies or theories and do not express a specific practicing religion, the Supreme Court ruled wrongly in 1967.
It seems clear that the American Way can be recovered quickly if the Constitution is applied, as stated, and the Supreme Court rules in favor of expressing theologies, or theories of God, on public properties.

We are already one of the most religious nations of all the industrialized nations. Wealth can be as harsh of a teacher as poverty. Look at history. No our wealth went to our heads and we lost our way and became self righteous and greedy and arrogant.
Spiritual laws demand that a greedy, self righteous, and arrogance will cause a nation to self destruct. We are witness to that self destruction now. What would the universe be like if there were not these spiritual laws governing the universe and our lives?
No expressing theologies on public property is not the answer. Any county that allows mega profits to be made off the sick and needy is in for a lot of suffering. Any country that has wars for profits is also in for a lot of suffering. The good news capitalism must self destruct it is not of God’s law but of ignorance.
Capitalism and patrotism in america are treated as one and the same.
With communism man exploits man with capitalism it is the other way around.
The dualistic mind of most americans believes that we must have socialism or capitalism. Dualism has its home in our denial of the oneness of god. The ego wants to be free of god’s laws and principles. Hence dualism thinking.

Thanks for writing on capitalism because many people do not realize that capitalism actually violates the U. S. Constitution and its mandate, to form a more perfect Union. Capitalism is also in disagreement with the "Laws of Nature and Nature's God" in the Declaratioin of Independence.
I often say that the USA went into these unlawful ways after Lincoln was assassinated and Darwin's evolution theory was promoted.

Very well put. I state it different but mean the same thing. Capitalism goes against every spiritual law or principle that I know of. Every one of them. Spiritual laws just do not apply just to individuals but nations, indeed the world. America may be a religious nation but it is not a spiritual nation.
Mega profits from the sick and needy, wars for profits, etc are not the teachings of Jesus. An enemy could have not picked a more destructive force than communism and capitalism to bring greed, materialism, and loneliness to the people of a nation.
The terrorists that flew through the twin towers could have not picked a more brilliant move to help bring down Americans and their wealth that makes them a super power. They hit us where it hurts the most: our pocket books as two unwinable wars drain what is left of our treasury.
With communism man exploits man with capitalism it is the other way around.
Reagan economics put capitalism on steroids. The end is near as corp. fascism has come to America. They control the media and congress and much of the Supreme Court. Congress is only going through the motions of being for most of Americans. All show, they know who butters their bread for reelections.
The end result bye bye middle class hello third world status. Exactly what capitalism is designed to do. Exploit the many for the benefit the few. Few being the top one per cent.
Few in America have your understanding of capitalism.

Darwinism is survival of the fittest exactly what capitalism is designed to do. The atheists worship at the altar of Darwinism now it has come back in America to bite them you know where.
The good news if capitalism did not self-destruct there would be no spiritual laws and there would be no God. The self-destruction of capitalism is a blessing and a profound lesson in disguise.
