129. Panetheism
My historical work says that panentheism began in Greece around 500 B.C. Its founder is Anaxagoras. Plato (427-347 B.C.) confirmed panentheism in his Parmenides Dialogue. Plato proves that God and the universe coexist and are never alone.
I believe that Jesus learned about panentheism in Greece. After he leaned panentheism, he came home to teach panentheism to his Jewish friends. Major teachings of Jesus about panentheism are as follows: (1) Matt. 5:19, (2) John 14:12, and (3) John 14:20 Since many Jewish people did not accept panentheism, Jesus was put to death on the Cross. When Christianity began in the first century, the panentheistic teachings of Jesus were reduced by identifying Gnosticism as blasphemy in the second century. By eliminating Gnosticism, panentheism was removed from Christianity.
Karl C. F. Krause (1781-1832) and Charles Hartshorne (897–2000) tried but di d not recover panentheism. (click) The Catholic Church is also trying to recover panentheism. But the Church will not recover panentheism because the Vatican must reduce its power to science. (click) Only I am recovering panentheism. See my two books: 'The First Scientific Proof of God' and 'A New and Modern Holy Bible With The Intelligent Design Of An Active God.
