Remaking America by George Shollenberger, Idea 100 (A Nation Under God, XXVI)
In this hundredth blog, I want to discuss the possible fall of the USA in this century. This possibility has developed because the U.S. government is tossing the 1776 founding documents away and making the people of the USA vulnerable to foreign forces. One of these forces is the Pope and the Catholic Church and their control of the U.S. Supreme Court.
While the USA was founded under God, the teachings of God in the USA by the Catholic Church are outdated and have many errors. Unfortunately, these false teachings can be practiced by a majority of catholic judges in the U.S. Supreme Court. A majority of judges in our highest court form a silent force that can develop legal powers over the people of the USA and the body of U.S. laws simply by controlling the symbolic language used daily by all other U.S. judges. Under this silent force for ninety more years, I conclude that the USA will be very different.
All religious teachings have errors because humans are fallible. But the Pope is said to be infallible (incapable of error). The fallibility of all humans is true because our symbolic languages can only express a person’s perspective of reality. Since all scriptures are constructed with symbolic languages, all scriptures are man-made and can only express one’s perspective of reality.
Catholic teachings say that Jesus Christ is Lord because he is the only Son of God. These teachings also say that Jesus was conceived supernaturally as a human without a sperm in a woman called the Virgin Mary. According to the Pope, all other humans are viewed as lower beings and are born naturally as Darwin’s evolution theory says. This teaching is ‘not even wrong’ as Wolfgang Pauli would say. Instead, this teaching is worse than a wrong idea and is thus completely inconsistent with God.
To build the concept of infallibility into Christianity, the early Christians made a major error when they selected to use the simplistic logical thinking of Aristotle over the complex dialectical thinking of Plato. Because of this error, the people of the Middle Ages did not progress. Since this simplicity of logic is still promoted today in the USA, Americans are losing their mathematical and scientific abilities.
Christianity split into Eastern and Western factions in the 4th century because the Eastern Christians say that Jesus Christ was created by God. My studies of the teachings of Jesus indicate that he was created by God and learned many of his teachings from Greeks. Later, Christian teachings split the Western faction into Catholic and Protestant factions.
The people of the USA must study the problem that I am describing above. The force of the Catholic Church over the USA must be reduced.
