876. Developing the Declaration of the Independence.

The democracy in the USA began to develop when (1) Society of the thirteen colonists signed the Declaration of Independence (DOI) on July 4, 1776 and (2) Government of the thirteen colonists signed the Constitution of the United States on January 2, 1781. On Society, no changes have been made by the USA. And, on Government, the USA has made many changes.

However, the DOI must also develop changes because a democracy has humans that are not absolutely free.(See The Second Treatise of Government by John Locke.) In democracies, human behaviors are very different in nations and must become similar because the souls of people receive new bodies after they die. Only God knows where you are at all time. Thus, wars, killings, crimes, inheritance, richness, poorness, etc. will lead humans to the life of see-saw behaviors. To live like others is to unify all nations. If nations never become equal, the lives of humans will never become equal.

The development of the Declaration of Independence (DOI) is necessary. I hope that the governors  of the States act on the DOI. The term of 'Independence', of the Declaration of Independence, is defining Nature's humans under God.
