911. The Fifteenth Summary About Benjamin Franklin
Lincoln followed Ben by accepting Ben's statement about the immortality of the human souls. Lincoln acted by rejecting slavery and the southern confederation. However, in 1865, after Lincoln developed the West, he was assassinated by humans. Those people who killed him were not interested in forming a more perfect Union, as the Preamble of the Constitution required. Instead they wanted to become rich with foreign trades.
Eventually, many presidents accepted the job of forming more perfect Unions. Some of them were Franklin D. Roosevelt, Dwight D. Eisenhower, John F. Kennedy, Richard M. Nixon, Ronald Reagan, George Bush, William Clinton, George W. Bush, and Barack H. Obama. J.P. Morgan also accepted Ben's new theory of God and the universe. With his mathematical abilities, Morgan said that only he is necessary to form the more perfect Unions of the Preamble of the Constitution says. Teddy Roosevelt did not accept Morgan' proposal. Thus, instead of expanding the life of all people in the USA by Morgan, corporations and investors of all nations began to compete against each nation. President Franklin D. Roosevelt saw human problems in 1933 when Herbert Hoover became the U.S. president. Unfortunately, Hoover developed his mechanical mind at Stanford University. In 1929, Hoover said that a natural economy will correct itself. But Franklin D. Roosevelt rejected Hoover's economy in 1933. And Roosevelt developed the more perfect Union of the USA. Also, look at Dwight Eisenhower and Benjamin Franklin. (click) Ike and Benjamin Franklin are related. Ike served the public government for a long period. When Ike became the President in 1953, many new highways were built. Ike's more perfect Unions of the USA were not things that are 'made' and 'sold.' All of Ike's highways are merely 'more perfect Unions of the USA.'

As a science in engineering in Johns Hopkins University, I was sent to the White House to discuss many changes for humans throughout the USA. For example, the life and health of all humans would be increased greatly. And all electricity, water, and all moving physical things would only move underground. So, trucks would no longer exist on the highways. And all humans would work only four days.
Below, I show that all U.S. presidents, from Reagan to Obama, became related to the work of Benjamin Franklin. But, I concluded that Congress and the Supreme Court have never become related to Ben Franklin and his new God and the new universe because they say that The Declaration of Independence has no laws. I say that Congress and the Supreme Court is wrong because their language systems are flawed and cannot form a more perfect Union for the USA.
