Knowing the Pennsylvania Dutch Language

The language used by different people of the United are not always identical or similar to the English language. Although the English language might be assumed to be the national language of the USA, it is not the legal language of the USA. Few people know that the English language is weak scientifically because it is filled with very poor word meanings. Many words and their meanings can be determined only with logical reasoning. These determinations weakened the English language considerably. This linguistic problem in the English language is a legacy of Aristotle and the world's logicians who have corrupted every national language. drastically.

I write like a Pennsylvanian Dutchman because I was born and raised in a Pennsylvania Dutch town. Pennsylvania Dutch is not a perfect language. But, the English language is also not perfect. So, while I must struggle to understand some of your comments written using the troublesome English language, please take time and have patience to understand the responses I write using the troublesome Pennsylvania Dutch language. To know the Pennsylvania Dutch language, click.

Thanks, George

I don't understand, so far you have never written anything in Pennsylvania Dutch. And how come you have trouble writing English when you have been speaking English all your life since childhood?

    gary,

I was born and raised with a mixed German/English language. This mixed language is known as Pennsylvania Dutch. When I went to college, I became an electrical engineer and used scientific languages for most of my life. By the time I retired, I was doing more and more research on subjects related to the life sciences. This research forced me to read and write in English. Thus, my style of writing today is mixed with scientific language, the English language, and the Pennsylvania Dutch language.

Unless you understand the relations between man's mind and symbolic languages, you will not recognize the deep problem of a person's mind and the real problems of a person's language.

Most people do not understand this relation and these twp problems.

The commenter below, rev.bigdumbchimp is one person who is unaware of this relation and these two problems. He likes to assassinate the character of people by dehumanizing mind, language, and life to a machine because he is an atheist. I will continue to ban him and his style of writing fron this website.

I'm sorry, I still don't understand. Didn't you use any common English in your social life?
And when you speak, do you have a Pennsylvanian Dutch accent?

    Hi peter,

You are getting close to a big human problem that is not known by most people --- the flaws in our languages. In the 1920s, independent linguists found this problem and reported that 'sensual data are primarily symbolic.' The problem is to give meanings to symbols. Etymology is expected to manage this problem.

However, this field is standing on the fence between theism and atheism. One cannot make two English languages, one for theism and a second one for atheism. This is why I am writing in support of theism and the rejection of atheism. Man can be only one world language. Without a single language, wars cannot be prevented.

Don't wars often occur between nations that share a language and don't nations with disparate languages often have quite peaceful relationships with each other? If the lack of a common language leads to war, why have the countries of western Europe remained at peace for several decades and why did many of them recently agree to share a common currency?

    gary,

Yes, one must use a social languages. However, this language is in the background of an engineer's scientific work. Since I had four children that I wanted to become scientists, my family language was dominated by science. The social languages I encountered were often different from family to family

In my book, I speak of two basic languages, talking and scintific, and the need to unify them.

    Peter,

I'll try again. I see Aristotle's logic as the root cause of the linguistic problems of the English. One could say that the English language hides God and that the founders corrected this hidden God with legal documents.

But, I would not say that Aristotle's logic leads to any ultimate explanation such as a completed language. I do not allow God or the universe to attain an end.

    matt,

If I remember my readings in cultural diversities, two highly different languages can cause war. When the war is won, the most intelligent language becomes the national language and the losing language degenerates and becomes the language of the poor and uneducated class. I believe that very similar languages might be able to live together with peace.

I do not believe that theism and atheism can ever live together because I believe that morals will eventually become determined through science.

Interesting: do you mean that you didn't speak plain English to them, but an artifial scientific language? By the way, what do they think of your proof?

    gary,

We are getting confused because I have not explain the nature of symbols in our language systems. This is a major explanation that I cannot handle this subject on this web again.

When I use scientific languages and shift to social language, I shift to English/Pennsylvania Dutch language. I do not shift to the English language as a nonPennsylvania Dutch does.

    George,

I don't know what happened - my posts in your blog are missing. Did something go wrong with Blogger?

Just in case you didn't see my questions before they went poof, I'll repost them here.

As an Electrical Engineer I'm always fascinated in learning more about our universe, and I find your proofs interesting. But I'm confused about a couple of things and wanted to learn more.

    1. As an Amazon.com posted author, did you get a decent advance from your publisher, AuthorHouse? From what I've read in publishing guides, most decent authors get a 5 figure advance on their first book - I wanted to know, from your experience, what I could expect if I published my own book.

    2. Who was your editor? Who would you recommend?

    3. Lastly, while working on your theories did you collaborate with anyone else, and were your theories published in a peer review journal? I'm thinking that "Spectrum" from IEEE wouldn't take such a submission, but who might?

From one Engineer to another, thanks for the help!

    Calladus,

I self-published. Thus, I was not paid anything. I had to pay to have it published. I was my own editor.

No one helped me write the book. This book was the result of a 25-year research effort by me. I did not use a peer review group. (My book is too broad and has too many new ideas. This kind of book does not really apply to the use of a peer review group.) I thought about it but envisioned a fight over differing dogmas rather than a review. Peer review members would have to do research just to evaluate my book. I believe that this is why reviews of my book still do not exist on Amazon.com after 9 months.

Try Scientific American for short articles.

Sorry, if I removed your earlier post. It was the first for me.

    Hi peter

I believe that you should read my next blog. It was just posted.

I thought I would be nice to you after you posted a paragraph that was simple confusion. In my answer, you said that I did not give you an answer. So I tried to give you another answer hoping that you would clarify your post. You did not. Now you post this shit. Another character assassin has been found.

Get off of my website and stay there.
