The New 1776 Political Experiment in the USA Has Been Destroyed by the US Supreme Court
I conclude that the concept ‘Republican Form of Government’ is identical to the concept ‘New 1776 Political Experiment’ in my August 2nd blog. If my conclusion is correct, the Declaration of Independence has authorities well beyond the authority of starting the Revolutionary War as I said in this blog. So, Abe Lincoln was thus correct when he in questioned the US Supreme Court Dred Scott decision to make slavery legal. The Dred Scott decision was a big mistake of the US Supreme Court.
It is clear that the US Supreme Court did not interpret the Declaration of Independence clause ‘that all Men are created equal’ properly on the Dred Scott decision. But, how many decisions has the Supreme Court made by not considered other statements in the Declaration of Independence? For instance, the Roe v. Wade decision in favor of abortion violates the same clause in the Declaration of Independence.
Clearly, the US Supreme has been legislating rather than judging for a long time. However, by legislating and not considering other clauses of the Declaration of Independence, it is now clear that the Supreme Court has removed God from the USA, destroyed the republican form of government, destroyed the New 1776 Political Experiment, and destroying our freedom. The US Supreme Court is a disaster. Apparently, the development of the New 1776 Political Experiment has met with many scoundrels. (Click) The US Supreme Court seems to be like today's forms of terrorism.
