I conclude that the suggested 'Red Line' of Prime Minister Netanyahn of Israel must be drawn in order to limit Iran's Nuclear Program to fission and fusion energy and in order to prevent the development of atom bombs by Iran or any other nation.

This Red Line must be drawn immediately so that fusion energy can be developed for all nations, so  that all fission reactors and all atom bombs can be 'put to bed,' and so that peace can be developed in every nation.
