254. How to Make Democracies With Panentheism

To develop a democracy under a panentheistic God, Egypt, Syria, and all other nation must reject deism, theism, and atheism,  By rejecting atheism and these two religions, a changing nation must accept panentheism, if a democracy is to be made.
