843.The Cause of A Shooting in Oregon by Chris Is Very Clear
The shooting at Umpqua Community College, in Roseburg, Oregon by Chris Harper-Mercer, was caused by a 'special human behavior' and was not caused by the different use of guns. This special behavior was developed only by Chris, who graduated from high school and never became a partnership in the 'one People' of the USA and its laws and God of the Declaration of Independence (DOI). Instead of becoming this partnership, Chris thought that he was absolutely free. Thus he never learned the USA that Ben Franklin made.
This special human behavior begins to develop after children graduate from high school. After high school, a small number of children will go to college and will become a partnership of the 'One People' because their parents can pay the costs. Other children go to college by paying the costs themselves. However, many children must get a job after completing high school.
To eliminate the special human behavior of shooters, the 'one People' must change the USA. First, the theory of evolution must be removed from the USA and other nations. This removal will eliminate the competitions among all nations and will terminate all wars on planet earth. This action will accept God and will reject the belief that war machines exist on many other planets.
The belief in God means that all nations must become as equal as possible. To become equal as possible, the 'one people' of every nation will develop only necessary economic systems. The effect of these systems is where the human shooters become eliminated because rural America, for example, must be rebuilt by children who only seek necessary jobs.
Americans and people of other nations must look away from their economic richness. Instead, they must look at God and the universe that God is making. If people find God, their riches will turn only into goodness and soul rebirths.

You could possibly be right, but lumping people in one class is a fault of the "progressive". I didn't fit in after high school and I didn't get my college degree until 18 years after I graduated high school. My opinion is the healthcare system passes these people through society without investigation of their mental health. This will not be resolved by obamacare.
