855. The U.S. Humans Are Not Absolutely Free

It is clear that the republicans and democrats only worked on laws of the U.S. government after Lincoln was assassinated. Yet, Locke's book on The Second Treatise of Government was studied by many Americans and the Federalists, Democrats-Republicans, and the Whigs --- from George Washington to Lincoln. I say that Locke's book, my second book, and scriptures should be found in every home so the USA will move forward.

However, after Lincoln was killed, the republicans and democrats came together and started to build the USA as a 'competitive; nation. This competition lasted until presidents, such as Roosevelt, Eisenhower, Kennedy, Nixon, Clinton, and Obama, said that the 'social contract of Locke' is 'unanimous' and that its content of all is falling apart. When a unanimous nation falls apart, its people become absolutely free and guns, crime, and wars come. Only equalities of humans can prevent these falls, as Locke says at 'Of the State of Nature.'

In the USA, to build a nation of households of 90%, 9% and 1% and give each of these homes one-third of the annual wealth of the nation is to watch the USA fall into Hell.

I say that the Declaration of Independence (DOI) has laws. Since Congress and lawyers do not know these laws, knowing humans must be put to work on the DOI.
