872. Perfecting Democracies

This week, hundreds of Russians seem to be  interested in my Blog 871 of President Nixon's proposal to reduce the different people in the U.S. Union. Putin has also reduced the different people in Russian.

Thus, I say that all nations must become equal so that every human is reborn equally in all nations after they die. Those people who say that they will go to Heaven after they die is false because all finite things are comparable whereas the qua infinite is God and unknown.

Accordingly, two contracts are necessary for each democracy. One contract says that the 'Society' must be perfected by the States with the Declaration of Independence (DOI). And, the second contract says that the 'Civil Government' must be perfected by the Congress with the Constitution. Thus, for 440 years, the U.S. Society was never perfected because the lawyers said the e DOI has no laws. I say that the DOI has never been perfected is because lawyers do not know the scientific laws of the DOI.
