917 .The USA, After Benjamin Franklin Has Died.

My research on Benjamin Franklin was conducted with twenty blogs. However, the development of the USA must identify the USA changes of the USA. For instance. Ben had to end his presidency of the Supreme Execute Council on Oct 14. 1788. Thus, he became a public human.  Then, on April 17, 1790, Ben died and George Washington became the first president of the Constitution on Dec. 14, 1789.

But,  society and government are never being unified as general or specific concepts. Yet, public and private must be formed in any democracy. To unite  society and government one should read John' Locke's book on The Second Treatise of Government.  If Locke was living, he would say that  The Declaration of Independence has laws and that many laws will be developed as  time passes.

Accordingly, the U.S. Government is making many errors because The Declaration of Independence is not developing..
