148. A Lockean Democracy

A Lockean democracy is truer than a basic democracy. If a nation does not develop a Lockean democracy under an active God, I argue in my second book, 'A New and Modern Holy Bible,' that more wars will appear, that people will never become equal and free, and that a nation will destroy itself.

The theory of the Lockean democracy was developed in Emgland by John Locke in 1689 in 'The Second Treatise of Government.' Th Lockean democracy has two parts, Society and Governmnet. The Lockean democracy was practiced for the first time in the USA in 1776. The Society was identified with words in the Declaration of Independence (DOI). And Government was identified with words in the Constitution.  With more and more words, the Society and Government become more and more perfect.

Unfortunately, the practice of the Lockean democracy in the USA is destrying itself. With high cost wars and its ugly economy, its people never became equal and free.  Thus, an oliogarchy has developed. The failure started when the Dcclaration of Independence did not build  Locke's Society after U.S. lawyers said that the DOI has no laws. Their statement is false.

I say that all nations must build the Lockean democracy because the active God and the universe have no end.
