143. A Democracy Has a Society and Government

All democracies must use the social contract theory of England's John Locke. His theory has only two philosophical parts --- Society and  Government.

In the democracy of the USA, the Government has been developed.  But the USA has not developed the Society because our lawyers said that the Declaration of  Independence (DOI) has no laws.  These lawyers made a major error.

To develop a democracy, a Society and  Government are necessary. The Society and Government must also be developed simultaneously. Thus, a Private Sector and Public Sector will develop becausethe people of a nation must work differently and together. For example, after I retired, I focused my mind on God and the universe.  So, I have worked mostly on the Society of the USA in the Private Sector. Before I retired, I focused my mind on space research and justice, During that time, I worked mostly to improve the Government.  Sometime I worked in the Public Sector and other times I worked in the Private Sector.

Unfortunately, this U.S. error might be found in those nations that are in the process of developing democracies.  Many of these nations will be found in the Middle East where strange wars develop during the development of a democracy. So, the U.S. State Department should inform the developing democracies about the Society and the Government.

In the USA, a fourth branch of government must become real. This branch must develop a scientific and moral relationship with the Private Sector and the Society. So, in the USA, the current and quiet fourth branch must be eliminated.
