142.How the Fall of the USA Can Be Prevented

Before the war against England began on July 4, 1776, the Declaration of Independence (DOI) was discussed by a large group of founders.  Jefferson was irritated because they wanted to make changes. The changes were not about the war. The founders wanted changes because they hated slave trade.  This is why the statement 'all Men are created equal' was added.  Many other discussions were made --- about universal rights, about new ideas, about Locke's concepts, about the national doctrine, etc..  The national doctrine was given lots of power with the phrase 'one People,' which is in the opening statement. [See The Signers of the DOI by National Park Service]

As seen, the DOI has words, phrases, and statements that identify many laws of Locke's Society. So. our lawyers are wrong. These laws became real on July 4, 1776.  The DOI laws had to be served by the Second Continental Congress until the Constitution was made.  When Locke's Government was made, the offices of the Second Continental Congress were closed. Here is where our lawyers begin to destroy the USA.

When the Constitution became real and the Second Continental Congress died, Locke's Society was hanging alone in the breeze of the USA. When Locke's Society stood alone, free Americans began to gain more power.  For instance, President Lincoln was assassinated by Americans. Since Locke's Society would hang in the breeze forever, the fourth branch of the U.S. government became real. (click) Without  any authorities of Locke's Society, the fourth branch of government gained lots of power, destroyed Locke's Society completely, and the Private Sector and Public Sector appeared. (click)  These changes turned the USA into a very different nation.

Unless Americans turn the USA back to the founding documents, limit the power of lawyers, and give a new life to Locke's Society, the USA will remain on its current path of problems and eventual death.
