236.39 As a Little God, Edward Snowden Might Not Be a Whistle Blower
To my knowledge, all U.S. Congress persons say that the Declaration of Independence (DOI) has no laws. I say that they are wrong because the DOI has five laws in the first two paragraphs. So, did Snowden ask himself the question: 'Did the U.S. government say that the DOI has no laws so that all three branches would have all power in the USA?' With all power in government, the NSA could not be limited by States Rights of all Little Gods. In the DOI, 'One People' means that all Little Gods have rights defined by the DOI and the Bill of Rights.
The DOI has power equal to the Constitution because the U.S. private sector is distinguished completely from the U.S. public sector. The private and public sectors were made very clear when John Locke's social contract separated the Society and Government.
The U.S. government and its agencies must serve the Little Gods that God created.
