302.Eliminate U.S. Govrnment Shutdowns

The Republican and Democratic parties have taken non-authorized power over the States and their 'one People.' This new political power of these parties give them the power to shutdown the U.S. Government.

This new power of the U.S. Government developed quietly when some U.S. citizens  stated that the Declaration of Independence (DOI) has no laws.  This incorrect statement has eliminated the power of the States to abolish or change the U.S. Government. On Government, the DOI says, --- 'it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, ---'.

The States and the 'one People' must act immediately to stop all government shutdowns so that all people can go to work and save the USA.
