The Faulty Oath in the US Constitution
In yesterday’s blog, I show that ugly minds can become beautiful. I showed that beau
tiful minds can also become ugly. Then, I showed that the minds of the US founders were beautiful but that other US minds became ugly and led to a new nation that is very different from the founding nation. In this blog, I show that this US ugly mind developed due to a thinking error when the US government was improved by making the US Constitution.
The very beautiful minds of the founders of the USA can be seen clearly in the Declaration of Independence. However, their beautiful minds were not passed onto the people of the USA. What caused this terrible error? I conclude that this error was caused by our colonial congresspersons who did not understand the social contract theory of John Locke. Locke’s new political theory was installed by the founders.
Locke’s nation has two components, Society and Government. The US Society was authorized on July 4, 1776 in the first two paragraphs of the Declaration of Independence. In the remaining words of the Declaration of Independence, a war against England is rationalized and authorized. On the same date, the Continental Congress became the US government.
The error will appear when the Continental Congress decided to make the US government more perfect. This improvement came into existence when the US Constitution became law on June 1, 1789. The Constitution expresses an oath that will affect all persons who are elected and appointed to the US government. This oath mandate elected or appointed persons to swear support for the Constitution of the United States. While the early congressional persons seem to say that this oath applies only to the Constitution and Locke’s Government, they failed to realize that this oath applies also to the Declaration of Independence and Locke’s Society. This error must be corrected. Otherwise, Locke’s social contract theory, Locke’s US Society, and the founding of the USA are destroyed and a completely new nation is formed illegally in the USA. The encroachments of foreign interests in the USA is evidence that a new nation is forming.
If this error is corrected, the morals of the people of the USA can be expected to rise to the morality of the founders of the USA. With this correction, the minds of all US citizens can be expected to become very beautiful.
