Th English Language and Shooters

When a shooter commits a crime, like the shooter did in Arizona recently, Federal, State, and local enforcement agencies, radio and TV broadcasters, newspapers, and families search for the root cause that led to the shooting. These organizations search either for a single root cause or search for many causes. These searches depend on one's belief system.

For instance, some people believe that root causes are not found in living things. They are spiritualists. In politics, liberals also reject the root cause in living things. A fewer number of other people believe that root causes can be found in non-living and living things. They are non-spiritualists, such as atheists, materialists, evolutionists, deists. In politics, conservatives believe that criminals are born and that a root cause can be found in the criminal.

As a spiritualist, I believe that root causes will not be found in living things. But I believe that causes of crime can be reduced if the causes of crime are identified. While I worked in the National Institute of Justice (NIJ) of the U.S. Department of Justice, I concluded that some crimes originate in our national English language. Since Jesus Christ taught that evilness comes from within us at Mark 7:23 , I sought causes of crime and concluded that our English language can defile our minds.
