The Obama Health Law Reaches the Supreme Court

I expect the Obamacare law to be messed up by the U.S. Supreme Court because many Americans do not understand the term,  'relative freedom of  U.S. citizens.'  The relative freedom of every American is defined philosophical as the 'equality of man' in the statement 'all Men are created equal' in  the Declaration of Independence.

Our Supreme Court is troublesome because many Americans do not understand how the human mind woks with 'symbols' and how people give symbols  their meanings.

Obamacare is just one more 'equality of man' that President Obama is trying to achieve for 'all people.'  Unfortunately, Obamacare has been developed based on 'private insurance companies.' I say that Obamacare should have been developed by 'infrastructure,' just like highways, bridges, etc are developed.

I expect the Obamacare  to be torn apart by republians because they do not understand infrastructures.  As time passes and republicans must leave planet earth in order to live on another planet, the republicans will still 'buy and sell' goods during the trip to the new planet.  Insurance is not infrastructure.  Equality of man is infrastructure.

Don't you think that Obamacare is unconstutuional? If healthcare is mandated by the government, i beleive the overall quality of healthcare will decrease. Also, when you have the governmaent mandates one aspect of our lives. They typically dont stop there.

George you contradict yourself when you say insurance is not infrastructure yet you say Obama's health plan should be set up like infrastructure. The problem is the universal aspect. Not everyone is going to drive over that bridge and no one can force anyone to drive over that bridge yet that is what this law would do as it would force everyone to purchase insurance and follow the governments dictates regarding their health insurance. Unfortunately I think the future of it would resemble our current infrastructure... crumbling with no way to pay for it.

    Hi Dave,

The USA is a nation that has a self-government. This self-government has rights that comes only through us from God. The USA is a nation of people who are from the Intelligent Design of an active God.

So Obamacare is an infrastructure that is constitutional. It can be flawed if any of its its parts are flawed. How can a goverment mandate a part of the Obamacare?

    Response David's 12:12 comment,

Insurance is an alternative to a government-run health care system.

And government insurance is necessary for an insurance-run healyh cares system.

Obaracare requires laws to contrl an insurance-run health care system.

There's the key word George CONTROL, which is what politicians, in this case liberal Democrats want. This has nothing to do with health care and everything to do with CONTROL. It's another level of entitlement and now Democrats are approaching their goal of CONTROL as now more than 50% of the population get a check from the government and fewer than 50% are paying income taxes. It's a decades old ploy of systematically creating a dependent class that will vote for the party that promises to make things better while that same party places impediments to success in front of the very people they claim they want to help.

    Hi Davi,

I use the word 'control'in order to show all laws that God gives a self-governmnet through the People. A self-governmnet can receive only the controls that are expressed by the 'Laws of Nature and of Nature's God.' All governmnetal controls come from the Declaration of Independence, which the Supreme Court and Republicans misinterprets badly.

And that is your opinion George and since neither of us sit on the Supreme Court our opinions in this matter don't mean squat. Obviously one of us will be disappointed in the decision the Supreme Court makes

    David,

I don't get disappointed anymore because people are very different. So, I don't view people as talking machines. I learned to move continually into the unknown of God's Intelligent Design. As I move forward, I share my results with others.

If I don;t agree with the Supreme Court, I share my negatives with others. That is all anyone can do.
