150. Nations. Come Together on Lockean Democracies.

When John Locke wrote The Second Treatise of Government, he said that every man has a right to punish the offender and be executioner of the law of nature. So, if humans live in a Lockean democracy or in nature, they have the right to execute laws of nature. However, if humans live in a Lockean democracy, laws of Nature's God also exist and Locke says that God has appointed government to restrain the violence of humans.

In the late 1960s, after astronauts landed on the moon, the Lockean democracy became different than the founding documents. With this difference, the violence of  U.S. citizens increased. Over forty years have now passed and more  violence is appearing. I conclude that these increases exist because Lockean democracies are not developing fast enough in the USA and other nations.

In the USA, criminologists have classified violence such as blue-collar crime and white-collar crime, organized crime and corporate crime, etc..  Unfortunately, our criminologists have not included 'government crime' in their classifications.

I conclude that government crime is real and ugly because the U.S. Lockean democracy is not being developed by the U.S. Congress. In other words, I say that the USA Government has criminals. I say that these criminals are serving private citizens rather than all citizens and are not developing Locke's Society and Government.

Nations must come together on the development of Lockean democracies. Wars might be just around the corner.
