151.The USA is a Lost Lockean Democracy

Yesterday, I discussed crime in the U.S. Lockean democracy.  I concluded that lots of crime is found in the private sector of the Society of the U.S. Lockean democracy. Yesterday, I also concluded that lots of crime is also found in the public sector of the Government of the U.S. Lockean democracy. Today, law enforcement activities are found in the private and public sectors of the U.S. Lockean democracy.(click)

When the thirteen U.S. colonists declared their independence from England, in the Declaration of Independence (DOI), they assumed among the powers of the Earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and the Laws of Nature's God entitle them. I say that the private and public sectors of the USA are not developing and enforcing these two laws because U.S. lawyers say that the DOI has no laws.

When lawyers removed the Laws of Nature and the Laws of Nature's God from the USA, many Americans began to live like a chicken, which had its head cut off, and became atheists.

In the USA, law enforcement can only be  arbitrary or for purposes of private monetary interests. So, the USA is moving nowhere and is not moving into any better lives for all of its people.

You have a good point. To me it is clear that God established the United States, its geographic features are unique in the world, and that the Founders' and Framers' likewise were on to something, something that has been lost.
Real freedom comes from living in the real world, which as the Bible tells us was created by God, we understand this created real world through our senses. Sensual information, purified by logic, is called scientific knowledge.
In our modern US, we have abolished God through our heavy reliance upon legalistic means to "resolve problems," the so called nanny state, but not the social welfare aspect, which is good, but the overly protective 'let's not skin our knee' State. Republicans have publicly stated their hostility to science in all forms, and thereby prohibit the introduction of reason, one of the founding principles, into American governance.
Karl Marx, like all real Communists, doesn't seek to overthrow 'government' but rather the state, which is the system of armed class oppression. From closer study of the writings of Marx, it is clear he sought to create a system of governance where the people ruled their own lives directly, in association with their neighbors and coworkers.
In American we'd call that manner of government Republican, and that lifestyle, living in accordance with Natural Law. So, one has to wonder why the Republicans haven't embraced Marx?
