514. Religions Are Violating Laws of the U..S. Declaration of Independence
On July 4, 1776, the Declaration of Independence (DOI) created a new nation, the United States of America (USA). The nation's major founder was Ben Franklin. He recorded this history in his autobiography and made changes to the DOI, after Thomas Jefferson drafted it.
When I studied Ben's autobiography and the changes he made to Jefferson's draft, I concluded that the separation of the colonists from England was not the only act of the colonists. I concluded that the Nicene Creed of Christianity had to be removed from every U.S. colony.(click)
The Nicene Creed was never included in Jefferson's draft version. In the draft version the words 'Laws of Nature and of Nature's God' were included but were never developed and improved. In the DOI, the Laws of Nature identify all finite things. All of these things are numbered. And Nature's God means identifies an infinite thing, which cannot be numbered. On page 322 of his autobiography, Ben also speaks of the immortality of the human soul. And, Ben doubts the divinity of Jesus. So, the USA exists under God, a God who is one and infinite and creates little universes forever. Thus, only one God exists. Thus. the Nicene Creed is violating U.S. laws.(click)
I conclude that a Son of God cannot exist because God is one, as Abraham said. However, I conclude that Jesus became a great scientific teacher (of truths v. falsities) and a great teacher of morals (of right and wrong).
Unfortunately, the U.S. government is not developing the Laws of Nature and the Laws of Nature's God. Since the U.S. government has developed a nation of unequal people, I suggest that the States abolish this government and institute a new one. This new one should develop stakeholder capitalism under God as Robert Reich suggests. Click)

The United States as a nation state is both a civil society and a government. The civil society is not optional but the government is. This is what happened in France under Louis XVI in that the government bankrupted itself but the nation was still solvent. It was only when the revolution and Reign of Terror ripped apart the nation that it all went to hell.
The American Revolution almost split the civil society as the Patriots fought the Loyalists across the South long before Cornwallis showed up. But the revolution succeeded since a great Constitution congealed the splintered nation into a new nation state.
The society (civil) is based on consent theory and is an economic and cultural phenomenon. The state is a conquest paradigm in most cases save the likes of the United States that achieves a Constitutional Republic based on property rights and Rule of Law.
In Ferguson, 3 of 78 arrested were local residents that means that 96% of the crime and violence is from professional agitators. This is also the case in the country where a small portion are either political elitists revolutionaries or corporatists. This governmental regime must necessarily collapse. Buckle up!
But there are good signs as BS Approval has plummeted, Sir Shillary cannot sell books or get traction while the nation seethes over the IRS and NSA scandals, ObamaCare, Islamist collaboration by the White House and the invasion of our Southern Border by undesirables and seriously sick illegal aliens. The question remains if the American people will stand up for their Civil Society or accept totalitarian communism and fascism

The Declaration of independence DOI), not the Constitution, created the USA. The nation became a "Society,' not a civil society, which is defined by the DOI.
The 'Society' is not based on consent theory and is an economic and cultural phenomenon. It is based only on the DOI.
Criminals are growing because human life and the U.S. economy, are dysfunctional. 96% of the crime and violence is not from professional agitators.
The Americans will act properly
as time passes and updates their minds.
