Theological Science* Investigates the U.S. Gun Machine v. the U.S. Butter Machine

My work on the nation’s crime problem at the U.S. Department of Justice from 1971- 1094 gave me a clear view of the interests of the Republican and Democratic parties. I want to share this experience with you.
I was hired by the Nixon administration and represented the Justice Department at a White House discussion on President Nixon’s domestic initiatives. These great initiatives told me that Nixon viewed the founding of the USA as a social democracy. These broad initiatives would benefit all citizens. One initiative would solve our nation’s crime problem. I was hired by government to use high technology I learned on the space program to solve this crime problem.

President Ford (1974-1977) did nothing about Nixon’s initiatives. Instead, his interest was on the problem of inflation. He created the WIN button for people to wear. It meant ‘Win Inflation Now.’ President Carter (1977-1981) had interest in peace and economies because inflation was increasing to double digits. During his tenure, I was asked how to measure the performance of the U.S. government. My final report said, ‘ only relativistically.’ This report turned my mind firmly to God.

President Reagan (19812-1989) focused his interest initially on inflation. He used the trickle-down economic system by funding Savings and Loan banks. After this intervention failed, Reagan turned his interest to communism and the USA/Soviet Union Cold War. President Reagan produced a political success because the Soviet Union fell. Today, the Eastern Christian Church at Moscow and Vladmir Putin seem to be turning Russia away from the ugly Bolshevik version of communism and replacing it with a social democracy.

President George Herbert Walker Bush (1989-1993) ended the Cold War with the Soviet Union. When Iraq invaded and occupied Kuwait, President Bush started the Persian Gulf War, against those, who favored restraint. Iraq's armies were defeated and Kuwait's independence was restored.
With the huge debts created by Presidents Reagan and Bush, President Clinton (193-2001) focused his interest on the US economy. Using the trickle-up intervention, which was used by President Roosevelt, Clinton reduced inflation and reduced the Reagan/Bush debts to zero. Of interest to Clinton’s tenure is his effort with England’s Tony Blair to prove that every free nation is a social democracy.

George Walker Bush (2001-2009) started the second Persian Gulf War after terrorist attacks on the USA on September 11, 2001. Even though Iraq could not be linked to these attacks, Bush’s interest was ‘security.’ He argued as follows: the attacks demonstrated USA vulnerability and that this vulnerability, combined with Iraq's antipathy for the USA, its desire to obtain or manufacture WMD (weapons of mass destruction), and its record of supporting terrorist groups. Bush made the complete disarming of Iraq a priority. After WMDs were not found, Bush shifted the purpose of the Iraq War to ‘Operation Freedom.’

The information above identifies the general interests of the presidents of the USA beginning with President Nixon. Since John McCain is a military person, a follower of President Bush, has considerable wealth, and seems to have little knowledge of economics, I expect him to use the trickle-down system to fix the U.S. economy. I don’t expect it to fix any economy. So, I expect that his interest will be focused primarily on the ‘gun machine,’ as Reagan did. Since Barack Obama is interested primarily in the socio-economics of people, I expect him to use the Roosevelt/Clinton trickle-up economic system. As a working engineer, I expect this system to be successful. So, I expect that his interest will be focused primarily on the ‘butter machine.’
