Natural Rights, V

Natural rights have been lost in the USA because they are not considered by fields of thought such as science, politics, and religion. To develop a new life for natural rights,in 1971 Leo Strauss published the 7th impression of his book on 'Natural Right and History.' After reviewing his book for the first time recently, I conclude that his book is very important to believers in God. But following the murder of President Abe Lincoln, the U.S. Supreme Court acted to removed the Declaration of Independence (DOI) from the body of U.S. laws. This action denies all natural rights in the USA.

The Supreme Court had no authority to remove the DOI from the body of U.S. laws because the first two paragraphs of the DOI identifies and defines 'The United States of America''and some natural rights as a nation under God. Unfortunately, after removing the DOI from the body of U.S. laws, the Supreme Court began to authorize the practice of atheism, which denies human freedom, self-government, and all natural rights.

Thus, after 89 years of new life for Americans, the Supreme Court destroyed the founding documents of the USA; returned the USA to the old Western world politics; and divided the people of the USA into godly and ungodly factions. Because of this Supreme Court action, many people in the USA became either democratic or republican voters. This voting division was very clear in the recent health care bill in Congress. Voting on this bill separated voters into the "privileges" of the old Western world politics (republicans)' and the "natural "rights" of all humans under God (democrats). Beyond the separation of voters, other divisions in the USA are growing without control. This is bad news because a civil war could bee hiding just around the corner. Since these divisions were avoided by the founders, by including God in the founding, these divisions seem to be unnatural.

Clearly, the U.S. Supreme Court has been organized improperly because all members are lawyers. Since the field of thought is expanding continually in the USA, the U.S. Supreme Court must include other members such as philosophers, scientists, artists, and theologians. By expanding its members, the Supreme Court can expect to decrease its errors considerably.
