Natural Rights, I

When Leo Strauss published the 7th impression of his book on 'Natural Right and History,' two hostile camps existed. One camp says that the universe is 'mechanical.' The other camp says that the universe is partly 'mechanical' and partly 'teleological.' In this dualism the mechanical part deals with machines and tools whereas the teleological parts deals with God's intelligent design and the purpose of things in the universe.

By 1970, this dualism began to fall apart when materialists and evolutionists rejected God and sought a purely mechanical universe with a Big Bang theory, physical atoms, and Darwin's evolutionary theory. However, forty years later the Big Bang theory, physical atoms, and Darwin's evolution theory are still sought.

In 2006, I confirmed the existence of an active God and wrote the book, 'The First Scientific Proof of God.' Thus, it is time to recover the dualism Strauss identified above.. This change means that 'natural rights' must return to the minds of every human citizen. Unfortunately, all natural rights were rejected by the national government. This rejection of natural rights by the national government is confirmed in the hearings of Justice Clarence Thomas. (click) Since Thomas was the nominate of the Republican party and Thomas is a natural law theorist, it is irrational that republicans voted against the natural right of health care that was signed by President Obama in 2010. (Click, to see a good summary of natural rights)

The Declaration of Independence and the Constitution both say that the USA is a nation under God. How can the national government and any State and local government have employees who reject natural rights. Something is basically wrong in the USA.
