The New Health Care Reform and the Thoughts of John Locke

John Locke's First Treatise of Government refutes the Divine Right of Kings because this divine right says that man is not free. Thus, the first government is an ”absolute monarchy.“ In Locke's Second Treatise of Government, he proposes a positive government that will avoid those organized people who govern by force and violence.

Locke's positive government uses natural rights and a social contract. To Locke, natural rights exist before government is formed and come from God. One natural right is the right to survive. Related natural rights are all of those means that allows us to survive. Basic survival rights are life, liberty, health, and property. Note. The Obama/Pelosi act on health care was godly. Then, when Locke defines his positive government, he says that some human rights must be transferred to the national government so it can secure the rights of each person against other persons and other governments.

The founders of the USA used Locke's positive government. But the national government has not followed Locke's government. Thus, it is necessary to develop a plan that would correct the federal, State, and local governments immediately.

Locke says that one person should not violate the rights of any other person. So, peace is an important act of all governments. Considering other people is known as the Golden Rule. This rule obliges everyone to reason because it reveals the laws of nature. Thus, if a person reflects on what is best, that person would set a goal of survival that is common to all people. Establishing national survival goals are thus necessary.

In my research on an active God, I found six attributes of God. These attributes of God are as follows: (1) one, (2) equality, (3) union, (4) infinite, (5) indivisible, and (6) independence. However, I found that God reflects his attributes into things in our world logically. These attributes form images of God. These reflections are found in eight conceptual things as follows: (1) many things, (2) inequality things, (3) related things, (4) finite things, (5) indivisible things, (6) divisible things, (7) independent things, and (8) dependent things. Our soul is found as indivisible/divisible things. But our soul is also found in independent/dependent things. So, I confirm Locke's social contract theory and that the USA is a social nation.

Obviously, the founding documents and Locke's self-government have been lost to those forces that seek control of the whole USA. Today, a new force is developing to destroy the natural right of health. This is the Tea Party, which is receiving funds from private organizationt. Apparently, the Tea Party and its funding organization does not know that the founding documents mandate the social contract of John Locke. locle's social contracts identifies self evident rights such as life, liberty, health, and property. So, the Tea Party and their funding organization are violating U.S. laws.
