The New Health Care Reform and the U.S. Government

If the U.S government followed the U.S. founding documents (Declaration of Independence and Constitution) and the social contract of John Locke, it would have to secure the health care of all U.S. citizens equally. However, the new health care law will not secure all U.S. citizens equally. Instead, private insurance health care companies will secure the people of the USA unequally. Since U.S. citizens will not be secured equally for health care, the U.S. government is violating the founding documents.

So, it is time to impeach all justices of Supreme Court and all members of Congress because they lack knowledge of the founding principles of the USA. The executive branch would be unchanged because President Obama was trying to equalize the security of health care for all citizens. This impeachment could be delayed so that the justices and members of Congress become familiar with the founding principles. They can become familiar with these principles in the 'Natural Right and History ' by Leo Strauss. (1899- 1973).

In 1970, the 7th impression of Leo Strauss' book demonstrates its importance. In his last Preface, Strauss says. '...the divine law is not natural law, let alone natural right.'' These words mean that he believes that God exists and is active. Unfortunately, his 1970 timing was no longer effective because many physical and life sciences had recently rejected God and sought a completed knowledge of the end of the universe. In 1970, the number of U.S. deists, atheists, materialists, and evolutionists were growing fast. For forty years, these nonbelievers would search for this completed knowledge. But, they failed. So it is time to return to the work of Strauss, the founding principles, and an active God.
