Building the United States Without Money

The preamble of the Constitution says: 'We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, --- do ordain and establish the Constitution for the United States of America.' These words are the only words that are needed to build the United States, as it was defined in the first two paragraphs of the Declaration of Independence (DOI).

In order to form a more perfect Union, the U.S. government must  measure the progress that the People of the United States are achieving. This progress must thus be measured relativistically by measuring the contents of the Union, at least, annually. However, at this time, the contents of the People of the Union is limited to money, which is measured by counting the annual money input of all of the People annually and taxing them for governmental services.

Today, all wealth of the Union is divided roughly into three money groups as follows: 2% of the rich People of the Union hold 1/3 of the wealth of the Union;  8 % of the middle People of the Union also hold 1/3 of the wealth of the Union; and 90% of the poor People also hold 1/3 of the wealth of the Union.  This organization of  people is not what the founders expected to develop with their founding documents and this organization of people is not what God made with His Intelligent Design

The near shutdown of the U.S. government by Congress recently and the more certain shutdown of the U.S, government later by Congress is proof that Congress and other people of the Union have never found God. These ungodly people can expct to be reborn in a place where they will learn that money has nothing to do with human progress.
