A Foreign Person Does Not Understand the Philosophy of Socialism.

On CNN, a foreign busuness man has been telling Americans that social systems do not work.  This foreign man is writing in support of Republicans against President Obama.

This man, and many Americans, do not understand that many different social systems exist. One system is the communism of Russia. Another is the social contract of John Locke, which is found in the USA in the Declaration if Independence. When are humans going to understand the different meanings of the symbo, socialism?
