Proving Scientifically That the USA Is a Nation Under God

Atheism has grown in the USA because the history of the founding of the USA is not understood scientifically. For instance, many US citizens identify the concept Religion with the concept of God. Thus, since State and Religion are separated scientifically in Amendment, I of the US Constitution some US citizens say that State and God must be separated. While a law separates State and Religion, no US law separates State. The absence of a law is scientifically correct because God and Religion are not an identity.

The concepts of God and Religion canl be distinguished by any good scientist because they are different concepts and are thus things-in-themselves. Actually, no two things in the world are identical. If any two things were identical, they could be counted as dollar bills are counted. God is a thing-in-itself;’ you are a thing-in-itself; a tree is a thing-in-itself; ... etc. Since no religions are identical, different religions are also different things-in-themselves. To a scientist, all different things-in-themselves must have different contents. It is the task of science to determine the contents of all things-in-themselves. Accordingly, Religion and God cannot be equated scientifically.

A monotheistic God is, by definition, a thing in-itself. Since this thing-in-itself is one, it has no parts. Thus, God is always the same God to all people in the past, present, and future. Since every religion is continually searching for new truths about God, all religions change continually. So, an unchanging God can never be equated to a continually changing religion. It is thus clear that as religions grow and increase their truths about God, the number of different religions will decrease.

An attempt to remove God from the USA is possibly only through war. Without a war, active attempts to remove God from the USA is unlawful and can lead to imprisonment. God became a part of the USA through the Declaration of Independence and the US Constitution. The Declaration authorizes God in its first two paragraphs and authorizes war with England in the remaining paragraphs. The Constitution authorizes God in the Preamble with the phrase ‘to form a more perfect Union.’ This phrase is a scientific statement. To form a more perfect Union, a scientific measurement must be made. This measurement can be made only if God is assumed to be perfect and God becomes the measurement standard.

The USA is a Union. More important, the USA is a nation under God. These two truths are passed from one generation to the next generation. These truths are passed on to other generations through our coins. For instance, the phrases, E Pluribus Unum and In God We Trust, are found on the pic of the Presidential $1 coin. Because the founders created a republic, rather than a government of rulers, the back of the First Seal of the USA says ‘Rebellion to Tyrants Is Obedience to God.’ (See pic). Further, to promote the development of knowledge, the Great Seal of the USA was made. On the back of this seal, one sees the phrase Novus Ordo Seclorum, which means ‘a new order of the ages.’

Contrary to atheism and the American Civil Liberty Union (ACLU), the word ‘God’ can be used freely by any US citizen and all governmental agencies. Further, widely-accepted knowledge of God can and should be displayed on public land and in public places to remind all new citizens that the USA is a nation under God. Furthermore, widely accepted knowledge about God can and should be taught in public schools.

    George,

Are there any other nations under God? How can we tell if other nations are under God? Is Iran a nation under God? Since their constitution and social laws/punishments follow the word of Allah as set down in the Quoran, would they be more under God than the US since the US Constitution and its social laws/punishments are rarely in agreement with what is prescribed in the Bible?
    Kind regards,
    Fred

    response to fred schwartz,

I know of no other nation that has installed the 1776 Experiment of our founders.

Islamic nations follow the Quoran and Allah and make them applied by their governments. So they are following a God that is defined by the Quoranin.

However a monotheistic God, as defined by the Quoran, can be challenged. So they Muslim's might be following God wrongly.

Since Muslims do not accept the Christian Trinity, I believe that Muslims are behind Christianity is developing a religion under a monotheistic God.

The laws of the US are inconsistent with a monotheistic God. US laws must become aligned to God, as defined by the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution.

“In God We Trust” was first added to the US currency in 1956. It has not always been there. Furthermore, other nations have the same “motto”. Fore example “En Dios Confiamos”, it is also the national motto of Nicaragua. It is believed that the “motto” came for the Star-Spangled Banner.

Furthermore, if you look at the Tready of Tripoli, it states “As the Government of the United States of America is not, in any sense, founded on the Christian religion.”

If the government was not founded on the Christian religion and the any reverence paid to the Christian God would fall under the practice of Christianity, how can God or God’s rules be placed in public places without inadvertently stating that the government it upholding Christian religion?

    Cheers,

    response to anonymous,

E Pluribus Unom was expressed with the phrase 'one people' in the opening statement of the Declaration of Independence and as the 'Union' in the Preamble of the Constitution. It is clear that the USA was founded as a nation under God.

My research says that the USA was not founded under any religion, including the Christian religion.

In a nation under God, all kinds of information about God might be added to public places for purposes of teaching 'one people.' What is added should be taught and authorized by US laws.

These lawful teachings would not promote Christianity or any other religion, although some teachings mught originate in Christianity or any other religion.
