Ressurrection vs. Reincarnation

In my knol website at Part B,, Matthew, Chapter 22 (click), Jesus Christ says that, when a person dies, the person is resurrected and becomes an angel of God in heaven. Jesus says that a resurrected person cannot marry there. So, I believe that resurrection seems to be the judging point of God before this angel (or spirit) is reincarnated and leaves the heaven to receive a new body from a living man and woman, on earth.
