498. Laws In The Declaration of Independence Are Redifined Wrongly

The Declaration of Independence (DOI), the Constitution, and the Bill of Rights are the founding documents of the USA. As a whole, these documents are merely different parts of the USA and its people.

The DOI says, 'We hold these Truths to be self-evident, that all Men are created equal, that are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights that among these are Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness.' The phrase, We hold these Truths to be self-evident and the phrase that all Men are created equal have been interpreted differently by Americans in the early years of the USA. In 1840, Carolina's Senator John C. Calhoun said that there was not a word of truth in the notion that men were born or created equal. Calhoun said, the man is born, lives, and dies in the state of inequality. And, in 1853, Indiana's John Pettit said that the self-evident truth that 'all Men are created equal' is a self-evident lie. Since the DOI laws did not stop the development of inequalities, the U.S. inequalities grow continually after Lincoln was assassinated. In an earlier blog, in the USA, I said that 90% of homes hold 1/3rd of the USA wealth, 8% of homes hold 1/3rd of the USA wealth, and 2% of the homes hold I/3 of the USA wealth

I conclude that Calhoun, Pettit, and many Americans did not learn why Ben Franklin revised the DOI that Thomas Jefferson drafted. In the second paragraph of the DOI, when Jefferson said, 'We hold these truths to be', Ben adds, self-evident, that all Men are created equal, ... By using the word 'self-evident,' Ben was telling the colonists that God is active and created immortal human souls. All self-evident truths lead to improved knowledge of the universe that God is making. This knowledge can never be completed because God and the universe has no end. So, Calhoun was wrong to say that a man is born, lives, and dies. Since all humans have immortal souls, Ben knew that, a man is born, lives, dies, and reborn. Ben spoke of the immortality of the human soul on p. 322 of his Autobiography. Since the DOI law, all Men are created equal will be found in Gottfried Leibniz's Monadology. I say that the DOI can build very beautiful nations if Ben's work is accepted.

Since God exist and is active, it was wrong for the USA to develop the very different inequalities that I presented above.
