Remaking America by George Shollenberger, Idea 100 + V (A Nation Under God, XXXI)

In my return from a visit to Oklahoma City, Michael Jackson died on June 25, 2009. He was born in 1958 and thus died at the young age of 50. Although all deaths are major human events, the cause of the early death of any person requires investigations by police and science. As a scientist, who is developing a new science and is unifying this new science with a theology, I will offer an opinion of his death. I limit my opinions to Jackson’s use of drugs and plastic surgery.

To explain the problem of using drugs, fill a container with water. Then, watch all the water evaporate in time. However, our bodies are not containers that will evaporate all the water we drink. When we drink water, we add needed things to our bodies. All unused water is passed out of our bodies through a urinating system, a bowel movement system, pores, or the hair on the body. There might be other waste channels.

However, when we add a drug to our body, we add unnatural things to our bodies. These things are not like the things we add to our bodies when we eat healthy food. Drugs are thus unnatural (or foreign) things that become related to the natural things that form our bodies. This is why drugs can cause ‘side effects.’ Since we have very little knowledge of how long these unnatural relations can coexist with the natural things of our bodies, the accumulation of drugs can produce deadly side effects. I believe that Jackson’s heart failure might have been due partly to the excessive use of drugs.

I view plastic surgery as the practice of changing the parts of a human whole. Since the number of parts of a human whole is infinite, I conclude that this practice is changing a thing that God made. Some people say that this practice can also change a person’s skin color. Jackson says that he only had his nose changed so he could develop higher singing notes. I believe that Jackson’s heart failure might have been due to atheistic experiments with the natural parts of his God-made body.

A belief in evolutionary theory and thus the belief that God does not exist seems to lead many people into the use of drugs and the use of plastic surgery. As I continue to say, building America, as the U.S. founding documents say, will remain impossible as long as Americans do not want to build a nation under God.
