901. My Fifth Summary About Benjamin Franklin

Benjamin Franklin was born in Boston. He left Boston when he was 17 years and ended in Philadelphia for the rest of his life. When I was 18 years old, I went into the Army, went to Germany as a radio technician, and met my first excellent speaker from Boston. Today, I was amazed with the great Bostonian language. When I went to college, I became a scientist at John Hopkins University and studied Ben, I concluded that Ben became a powerful speaker and really became the real first President of the USA.

When the colonists had to deal with the Stamp Act, they concluded to separate themselves from England. So, in 1766, Ben was sent to Europe in order to learn the new God and universe that Gottfried Leibniz found in Germany. Only a great Bostonian speaker and Philadelphian thinker, like Ben Franklin, would become the First President of the USA and remain that leadership until he would pass on. Unfortunately, after Ben died, the language of Ben would slowly fade away because the general language of Americans would begin to turn the U.S. Union away from God and the 'one People' that Ben was developing.

In order to learnn Ben's teachings, Americans must believe that every inquiry proceeds by means of comparative relations. For example, in my first book, The First Scientific Proof of God, I learned that a finite thing relates or originates from an infinite thing and that this thing is God, who is One and has no parts. This comparative relation means that God is an unknown thing. Thus, comparative relations are developing unities with our minds. Accordingly, in order to build a nation, the unity of independence and dependence were used by John Locke in his book on The Second Treatise of Government. Locke says that dependence produces the equalities of humans and independence produces the perfect freedom of humans. Unfortunately, Locke assumed that God is at rest. I say that God is activity forever. Thus, I say that dependence produces more perfect laws and independence produces sciences about God and the universe. In his book on Dialogues Concerning Two New Sciences, Galileo also works on the unity of indivisible and divisible.  He says that we have a continuous quantity build up of an infinite number of indivisibles. Uniting co-existents (or unites) will move all nations forward. My second book, A New And Modern Holy Bible identifies more co-existents (or unities).

900. My Fourth Summary About Benjamin Franklin

On June 14, 7766, Benjamin Franklin went to Germany. There, he was invited to the Royal Society of Sciences at Gottingen and became a member on July 19. At the academy, Ben learned some of the important work of Gottfried Leibniz, who died in 7716.

Leibniz said that our world is the best of all possible. (click)He also said,, if God is omnibenevolent, omnipotent and omniscient, we must account for the suffering and injustice of human in the world. Thus, Leibniz spoke of the Goodness of God, the Freedom of Man and the Origin of Evil. He and other persons have tried to solve the problems of evil. (click)

As I said before, Ben Franklin recorded statements to his autobiography, before he died. For example, Ben said that the divinity of Jesus must be doubted. Ben was saying that humans can solve evil problems. So, in his autobiography before he died, Ben said that the immortality of human souls will find new justice in another Life. Essentially, Ben was saying that all human souls immediately begin to form a new body after a person dies.

In 325AD, Christians made the Nicene Creed. This creed says Jesus is the Son of God, was created by God the Father, was distinct from the Father and is subordinate to the Father. The Nicene Creed was rejected by the American Committee of the Whole when they signed the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution. Christianity is not aligned to the USA that Bin developed. For example, Nestorius was a Christian bishop. He viewed Jesus as two natures but refused to call Mary the 'Mother of God. Mary's baby was normal. But, Nestorius accepted Christ's divinity because the divine nature could not be born of a woman. Nestorius was exiled and Mohammad followed him. They formed churches in the East and in China. If religions become familiar with coexistents,  the differences between God and Jesus will become clear.

I say that Judaism must reject the unity of time and space. I also say that Christianity must reject the Nicene Creed. And I say that Islam must reject the belief that humans will be born in a different universe. If these three religions make this changes, the evil activities of humans will go away fast.

899. My Third Summary About Benjamin Franklin

My third summary of Benjamin Franklin is about the Declaration of Independence (DOI). The DOI was created by Ben Franklin, John Adams, and Thomas Jefferson. Then it was approved by the Committee of the Whole on July 4,1776. I say that the DOI contains functionally related words that unite the Constitution to forms the U.S. democracy. Since the DOI has never been amended and the Constitution has been amended many time, I say that the U.S. democracy is not developing properly. Below, the DOI words are stated.

When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.--That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, --That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.--Such has been the patient sufferance of these Colonies; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their former Systems of Government. The history of the present King of Great Britain is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these States. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world.
He has refused his Assent to Laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good.
He has forbidden his Governors to pass Laws of immediate and pressing importance, unless suspended in their operation till his Assent should be obtained; and when so suspended, he has utterly neglected to attend to them.
He has refused to pass other Laws for the accommodation of large districts of people, unless those people would relinquish the right of Representation in the Legislature, a right inestimable to them and formidable to tyrants only.
He has called together legislative bodies at places unusual, uncomfortable, and distant from the depository of their public Records, for the sole purpose of fatiguing them into compliance with his measures.
He has dissolved Representative Houses repeatedly, for opposing with manly firmness his invasions on the rights of the people.
He has refused for a long time, after such dissolutions, to cause others to be elected; whereby the Legislative powers, incapable of Annihilation, have returned to the People at large for their exercise; the State remaining in the mean time exposed to all the dangers of invasion from without, and convulsions within.
He has endeavoured to prevent the population of these States; for that purpose obstructing the Laws for Naturalization of Foreigners; refusing to pass others to encourage their migrations hither, and raising the conditions of new Appropriations of Lands.
He has obstructed the Administration of Justice, by refusing his Assent to Laws for establishing Judiciary powers.
He has made Judges dependent on his Will alone, for the tenure of their offices, and the amount and payment of their salaries.
He has erected a multitude of New Offices, and sent hither swarms of Officers to harrass our people, and eat out their substance.
He has kept among us, in times of peace, Standing Armies without the Consent of our legislatures.
He has affected to render the Military independent of and superior to the Civil power.
He has combined with others to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our constitution, and unacknowledged by our laws; giving his Assent to their Acts of pretended Legislation:
For Quartering large bodies of armed troops among us:
For protecting them, by a mock Trial, from punishment for any Murders which they should commit on the Inhabitants of these States:
For cutting off our Trade with all parts of the world:
For imposing Taxes on us without our Consent:
For depriving us in many cases, of the benefits of Trial by Jury:
For transporting us beyond Seas to be tried for pretended offences
For abolishing the free System of English Laws in a neighbouring Province, establishing therein an Arbitrary government, and enlarging its Boundaries so as to render it at once an example and fit instrument for introducing the same absolute rule into these Colonies:
For taking away our Charters, abolishing our most valuable Laws, and altering fundamentally the Forms of our Governments:
For suspending our own Legislatures, and declaring themselves invested with power to legislate for us in all cases whatsoever.
He has abdicated Government here, by declaring us out of his Protection and waging War against us.
He has plundered our seas, ravaged our Coasts, burnt our towns, and destroyed the lives of our people.
He is at this time transporting large Armies of foreign Mercenaries to compleat the works of death, desolation and tyranny, already begun with circumstances of Cruelty & perfidy scarcely paralleled in the most barbarous ages, and totally unworthy the Head of a civilized nation.
He has constrained our fellow Citizens taken Captive on the high Seas to bear Arms against their Country, to become the executioners of their friends and Brethren, or to fall themselves by their Hands.
He has excited domestic insurrections amongst us, and has endeavoured to bring on the inhabitants of our frontiers, the merciless Indian Savages, whose known rule of warfare, is an undistinguished destruction of all ages, sexes and conditions.
In every stage of these Oppressions We have Petitioned for Redress in the most humble terms: Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated injury. A Prince whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyrant, is unfit to be the ruler of a free people.
Nor have We been wanting in attentions to our Brittish brethren. We have warned them from time to time of attempts by their legislature to extend an unwarrantable jurisdiction over us. We have reminded them of the circumstances of our emigration and settlement here. We have appealed to their native justice and magnanimity, and we have conjured them by the ties of our common kindred to disavow these usurpations, which, would inevitably interrupt our connections and correspondence. They too have been deaf to the voice of justice and of consanguinity. We must, therefore, acquiesce in the necessity, which denounces our Separation, and hold them, as we hold the rest of mankind, Enemies in War, in Peace Friends.
We, therefore, the Representatives of the United States of America, in General Congress, Assembled, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the Name, and by Authority of the good People of these Colonies, solemnly publish and declare, That these United Colonies are, and of Right ought to be Free and Independent States; that they are Absolved from all Allegiance to the British Crown, and that all political connection between them and the State of Great Britain, is and ought to be totally dissolved; and that as Free and Independent States, they have full Power to levy War, conclude Peace, contract Alliances, establish Commerce, and to do all other Acts and Things which Independent States may of right do. And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor.

I say that the DOU must be amended, just like the U.S. Constitution has been amended in order to form a more perfect Union. Below, I identify several important scientific laws that Ben made before he died in 1790.

1. The U.S. 'one People' can unite the 'one People' of  nations that develop democracies. (This scientific law can reduce wars and terrorism in the world.)
2. The U.S. 'Law of Nature' defines a universe of God, who is One and is infinite. So, God creates only finite thing and never creates nothings. So, souls always exist and are always form a body. (These scientific laws could amend the DOI. )
3. The U.S. 'Law of Nature's God' is unknown and will never become known by humans. (This scientific law could amend the DOI.)
4. Before Ben died in 1790, in his autobiography, Ben said that he doubts the divinity of Jesus. I say that Christianity must reject the divinity of Jesus because above, the Law of Nature's God is unknown. The Jews must also reject the 'space- time' relation in the universe. And, the Muslims must also reject its beliefs that they live in a different universe and heaven after death.
5. After Abe Lincoln was assassinated, the Adam Smith economy was added to the USA. This economy would change the Constitution on the formation of a more perfect. So, Adam Smith's economy must be replaced by State unions.

Since the amendments of the DOI are not being developed, I say that the people of the States must add scientists to the Representatives and Senators of Government.  However, beware of scientists who have no God because some scientists are unaware of co-existents, such as 'one People.'

898. My Second Summary About Benjamin Franklin

The second summary of Benjamin Franklin is about the Declaration of Independence (DUI) and the Constitution. The Declaration of Independence has never been amended. But the Constitution has been amended often. So something is wrong in the USA.

I say that that the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution form a democracy by uniting two different co-existents, Society and Government. This pair of co-existents originated by John Locke in his book on The Second Treatise of Government. See the Introduction of Thomas P. Peardon's book of Locke on page xvi.

In July1775, Ben outlined a plan of unity of the colonies. It was entitled as the Articles of Confederation and Perpetual Union. On June 28, 1776, the Declaration of Independence was drafted by Thomas Jefferson. It was modified by Ben and John Adams. On July 4, 1776, the Committee of the Whole agreed. And, the Constitution was agreed by the Committee of the Whole on July 9, 1778. The Declaration of Independence, the Constitution and its amendments are presented below.

As seen, amendments have been added to the Constitution. But no amendments have been added to the Declaration of Independence. Thus, the U.S. democracy has a variable Government and an invariable Society. Since God is One, all things in the universe are in motion. The U.S. Society must be put into motion. Just as Ben said that slaves must be eliminated, I say that riches and unemployed humans must be eliminated.

After Ben died and Abe Lincoln was assassinated, the USA became a nation that became controlled mostly by rich Americans..

897. My First Summary About Benjamin Franklin

Benjamin Franklin was born in 1706. He was born when many new ideas were developing in Europe. So, when Ben became sixty years old, colonies asked Ben to investigate Germany and France in order to study their new sciences and religions. In 1769, these new sciences would appear in America because Ben became the president of the American Philosophical Society for the rest of his life. So, let me present the truths and realities that Ben found in some nations.

As time passed, Ben's visits to Europe and England's Stamp Act, on July 26, 1775, the colonists eventually made the decision to separate themselves from England and elected Ben as the postmaster general of the Continental Congress. As the postmaster general, Ben became the leader or the first President of the new nation. Ben's first act in 1775 (from Oct 4 to Nov. 13), with two Continental Congress members, was to travel to the George Washington camp at Cambridge in order to organize the Continental Army.

Then, on July 4, 1776, the Declaration of Independence was drafted by Thomas Jefferson and was modified considerably by Ben. Further, the Constitution was adopted on December 7, 1787. But, the Constitution had been outlined by Ben with the Confederation and Perpetual Union in 1775. On April 30, 1790, George Washington became the president of the USA after Ben died on April 17, 1790. Thus, I say that George Washington was not the first president of the United States of America.

To develop a nation of thirteen colonies in America, in 1766 Ben began to study the changes that Europe was making new sciences in the 15th, 16th, and 17th centuries. Ben began to study these centuries when he was elected to the German Royal Society of Science at Gottingen. In 1772, Ben returned to Europe and was elected to the French Academy of Science. At these two academies, Ben learned that European nations would be making democracies and governments based on John Locke's Second Treatise of Government. In Europe, Ben would also learn that the universe was continuous and was created by an infinite God. When Ben was dying in 1790, he added two statements in his autobiography as follows: (1) that the continuous universe includes immortal souls and (2) that Jesus is not the divinity of the infinite God.

After Ben's death, Ben's Confederation and Perpetual Union of the Constitution was continued by Alexander Hamilton, Henry Clay and presidents such as George Washington, John Adams, Thomas Jefferson, ----. and Abe Lincoln. But, after Abe Lincoln was assassinated, the republicans and democrats began to change the USA that Ben found in Europe. For example, the Declaration of Independence only becomes a document that Americans read. The Constitution is developing. But it is merely developing a necessary economic system of rich and poor Americans. This necessary development is ungodly because all Americans must develop more perfect Unions.
