Natural Rights, VIII

Leo Strauss was born in 1899, the same year my father was born. Strauss died in 1973. My father died in 1979, the year that Minnesota University, Professor Jasper Hopkins published his first translation into English the important 15th century works of Nicholas of Cusa. (click) Although Cusa's work is not cited in Strauss' book on 'Natural Right and History,' the thoughts of Strauss are aligned to the most important thoughts of Cusa --- all opposites are coincident in God. Just as Cusa's thoughts on opposites ended the Middle Ages, as historians say, when Strauss discussed the justice concepts 'just' and 'unjust' on page 93, he says that the first cause, God, 'is beyond good and evil and even beyond good and bad.' Like Cusa, Strauss' first thing (God) unifies all opposites.

In more detail, Strauss says, 'God is not concerned with justice in any sense that is relevant to human life as such: God does not reward justice and punish injustice. Justice has no superhuman support. Thus, if Cusa, Strauss, and my writings are correct, today's religious leaders are teaching scriptures that are man-made and are not the words, or a concern, of God. The concern of God is expressed in God's Intelligent Design and the things God made. The concerns of God are found by us, as St. Paul said in Rom. 1:20.

So, human life, anywhere on this planet, is not what our politicians and religions are selling. What they should be selling is long term goals because God and the universe have no end. Since all indivisible things are not perishable and our souls are indivisible things, a new life of every person exists after their death. As one can see, the removal of the Declaration of Independence from the body of U.S. laws by the U.S. Supreme Court has ruined the USA. This removal has allowed the power of atheism to grow and the godless USA to expand by mathematicians, materialists, and evolutionists.

Natural Rights, VII

Leo Strauss says, 'nature' would not have to be discovered, if it were not hidden.' Thus, nature is necessarily understood in contradiction to something else. that hides nature. (See page 90, in his book, 'Natural Right and History.' ) It is important to know that today's atheists, materialists, and evolutionists reject these statements of Strauss because they believe that everything is nature. Here, we see the major difference between believers and nonbelievers in God worldwide. This difference has caused a major social problem in the USA. Unless, this difference is eliminated, I predict nasty civil wars.

On this difference, Strauss says that believers cannot live without having thoughts about the first things and also cannot live without being united with other believers. But the U.S. atheists, materialists, and evolutionists do consider the first things of the ancient and modern philosophers. Their first thing is the Big Bang theory. Their other things involve a series of other Big Bangs that arise, by chance, when a Big Bang process has died. So all first things of the atheists, materialists, and evolutionists have a 'beginning' and 'end.' This is not the case for believers in God, who has no 'cause' and thus has no beginning or end.

To believers in God, first things exist always and are imperishable. The first things that have been found by the ancient philosophers are twofold. One thing is the indivisible God. The other first things are indivisable souls, which are enfolded by God and can be unfolded from God by contraction. Nicholas of Cusa found these 'enfolded' and 'unfolded' indivisible souls. And and Gottfried Leibniz confirmed them. I discuss these indivisibles in my website and in my book, 'The First Scientific Proof of God.' Yes, 'The Revelation' in the New Testament is inconsistent with the theory that God and indivisible souls have no beginning or end.

Natural rights apply only to believers in God because these kind of rights are unfolded by God and remain hidden unless natural laws are found. The removal of the Declamation of Independence (DOI) from the body of U.S. laws by the Supreme Court was wrong because the 'Laws of Nature and Nature's God,' as presented by the founders in the DOI, were also removed by the Supreme Court from the USA. Today, the USA has developed deep social problems. However, a nation whose people are divided by 'a real theology' and 'no theology' cannot be built safely by any political system.

Natural Rights, VI

Leo Strauss says that natural rights appeared only after man discovered political life.This statement is true because political life did not exist until man sought his freedom and rights. Accordingly, natural rights were unknown until 'nature' was discovered. In this blog, I discuss the discovery of 'nature.'

The discoverers of nature were the first philosophers of Greece in the 6th century BCE. (click) These philosophers were familiar with the Old Testament. So when the Old Testament was translated into the Greek Bible (Septuagint), Greek philosophical thoughts, and the Greek language were influencing the making of the Septuagint. So these early Greek philosophers were dealing with symbols like 'heaven' and 'earth,' which are found in the Old Testament. My research of the teachings of Jesus Christ indicates that Jesus studied these Greek thoughts and the Septuagint. So we know more about Jesus than Christian leaders teach today.

When the Old Testament writers spoke of heaven and earth, the Greek philosophers spoke of heaven and earth as 'first things.' They spoke of man-made things and things that are not man-made. Thus, nature was discovered when the philosophers searched for first things with their own eyes. But man-made things led to the conclusion that no first things exist other than man. In the continued quest for first things, the philosophers presupposed that first things are 'always and imperishable' and are more truly compared to the things which are 'not always and perishable.' Since these ancient philosophers said, 'no things emerge without a cause,' they were saying that first things must 'jump into existence out of nothing and through nothing.'

These statements about the first things remained unproven until I found the true meaning of the symbol 'infinite' and published my book in 2006 on 'The First Scientific Proof of God.' This proof (page 6) says that 'all finite things are originated by an infinite thing.' The first thing is thus the infinite God. Although we know today that God is incomprehensible, we have access to God's attributes, which are never-ending in number. One of God's attributes is the symbol 'infinite.'

Today, atheists, materialists, evolutionists, and most mathematicians do not consider my book, my proof, my four-year website blogging. Nor do religions consider my book, my proof, and my four-year website blogging. They do not consider my work because they would be embarrassed about their false teachings.

Natural Rights, V

Natural rights have been lost in the USA because they are not considered by fields of thought such as science, politics, and religion. To develop a new life for natural rights,in 1971 Leo Strauss published the 7th impression of his book on 'Natural Right and History.' After reviewing his book for the first time recently, I conclude that his book is very important to believers in God. But following the murder of President Abe Lincoln, the U.S. Supreme Court acted to removed the Declaration of Independence (DOI) from the body of U.S. laws. This action denies all natural rights in the USA.

The Supreme Court had no authority to remove the DOI from the body of U.S. laws because the first two paragraphs of the DOI identifies and defines 'The United States of America''and some natural rights as a nation under God. Unfortunately, after removing the DOI from the body of U.S. laws, the Supreme Court began to authorize the practice of atheism, which denies human freedom, self-government, and all natural rights.

Thus, after 89 years of new life for Americans, the Supreme Court destroyed the founding documents of the USA; returned the USA to the old Western world politics; and divided the people of the USA into godly and ungodly factions. Because of this Supreme Court action, many people in the USA became either democratic or republican voters. This voting division was very clear in the recent health care bill in Congress. Voting on this bill separated voters into the "privileges" of the old Western world politics (republicans)' and the "natural "rights" of all humans under God (democrats). Beyond the separation of voters, other divisions in the USA are growing without control. This is bad news because a civil war could bee hiding just around the corner. Since these divisions were avoided by the founders, by including God in the founding, these divisions seem to be unnatural.

Clearly, the U.S. Supreme Court has been organized improperly because all members are lawyers. Since the field of thought is expanding continually in the USA, the U.S. Supreme Court must include other members such as philosophers, scientists, artists, and theologians. By expanding its members, the Supreme Court can expect to decrease its errors considerably.

Natural Rights, IV

In this blog, I want to record, in bold, the 'Natural Rights' of the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution, and the new natural rights from God that I found. This blog believes that all natural rights are given to us by God. We use some of theses rights from God to establish a 'self-government' that secures us.

Declaration of Independence
Action of Second Continental Congress, July 4, 1776, the unanimous Declaration of the thirteen United States of America when in the Course of human events it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. — That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, ....

Constitution (Bill of Rights)
Amendment I: Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.
Amendment II: A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.

Amendment VIII: Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.
Amendment IX: The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.
Amendment X: The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people.

Independence is a universal right given to all things in the universe so they have many degrees of freedom.
Relation is a universal right given to all things in the universe so they can coexist as together as possible .
Inequality is a universal right given to all things in the universe so that no two things are identical.
Finitude is a universal right given to all things in the universe so their finiteness can be counted and are accountable.
Divisible is a universal right given to all things in the universe so they can be embodied.
Dependence is a universal right given to all living things so they can depend on others.

Natural Rights, III

In my last blog, I discussed the national languages and the scientific languages. I said that national languages differ from nation to nation and that translations change because the meanings of symbols change. To save money, in the 1950s, computers were used to translate books from one national language to different national languages. As expected, this computer project failed. On the other hand, scientific languages can be identical from nation to nation because proven scientific laws have been found and can predict theses laws.. For instance, apples will always fall down from their tree. National languages have linguistic problems because people are free to use any signals and symbols in order to communicate with each other.

Accordingly, no scripture can be translated perfectly from one nation to another. This is proven if one compares the Old Testament of the Jews with the Greek Septuagint (Bible of the Old Testament). Then, read the English language version of the Greek Septuagint and observe more differences. Further, since God is incomprehensible, God's language is unknown. Thus, it is impossible for God to express himself to the people of any nation with those people's national languages. So, religions are overstating their teachings about God and are misinterpreting the teachings of Jesus Christ.

When God decided to give me the ability to create symbols, I concluded that I should use them as best as I can. So, I use symbols for both scientific purposes and communication purposes. With my symbols, I found that God and His creation are always together. Since God has no end , I concluded that the universe also has no end. So, I am seeking new natural rights continually so that I obey His laws of pure wisdom.

Unfortunately, some religions have joined the world's atheists (physical scientists, empirical scientists, social scientists, physical psychologists, evolutionists, historians, mathematicians, etc.) in order to sell the belief that the universe had a beginning and will have an end. But these atheistic scientists don't tell you that this beginning/end system never gave you any freedom and that all enslaving events could have been predicted. Today, atheistic mathematicians are predicting events in every field of thought, including the field of finance. The current depression and the failures of our banking do have a cause-- the atheists and our bankers. who have no mathematical or theological education.

Natural Rights, II

Many humans do not understand 'natural rights.' I believe that they do not understand them because they do not know the difference between the national languages we use and the languages that are used by scientists and mathematicians. Nor do many humans know that linguists discovered, in the 1920s, that sensual data are expressed with symbols. So, let me discuss symbols and how they are used.

If one develops knowledge of the Intelligent Design of our universe, one learns that God distinguished the language of humans from the languages of all lower animals. To develop these languages, God gave all lower animals the ability to develop 'signals.' These signals allow animals to communicate with each other. But God gave us more powerful languages by allowing us to develop 'signals' and 'symbols.' These signals also allow humans to communicate with each other. But the symbols work differently because they increase the power of humans so they can build knowledge about God and the universe. Since God gave all humans the ability to know knowledge of God and the universe, it is clear that every human being is free to develop knowledge about the natural rights that God gave us. Unfortunately, the U.S. government did not want to hear about natural rights during the hearings of Clarence Thomas.

With the rise of modern science, historicism, and social science in the 17th century of the Western world, concepts such as atheism, materialism, evolution, predestination, divine rights of kings, and value systems become of interest. With this interest God moved into the background of human life. However, in the 18th century, American colonists turned away from this rise and rushed to build a free nation under God on July 4, 1776. with the Declaration of Independence. Its name became 'The United States of America' With freedom, the people had to reject the theory of predestination. And and, with God, our founders had to reject atheism, materialism, evolution, and divine rights of kings. The value systems had be rejected by the founders because knowledge of God's Intelligent Design reveals all natural rights.

Obviously, the hopes of the colonists and founders were destroyed by our godless U.S. government. This godless government might be fixed by the Tea Party. But this party will be unsuccessful unless it recovers the Declaration of Independence as a law of the USA. To help, I assert say that natural rights can be found only if attributes of God are found.

Natural Rights, I

When Leo Strauss published the 7th impression of his book on 'Natural Right and History,' two hostile camps existed. One camp says that the universe is 'mechanical.' The other camp says that the universe is partly 'mechanical' and partly 'teleological.' In this dualism the mechanical part deals with machines and tools whereas the teleological parts deals with God's intelligent design and the purpose of things in the universe.

By 1970, this dualism began to fall apart when materialists and evolutionists rejected God and sought a purely mechanical universe with a Big Bang theory, physical atoms, and Darwin's evolutionary theory. However, forty years later the Big Bang theory, physical atoms, and Darwin's evolution theory are still sought.

In 2006, I confirmed the existence of an active God and wrote the book, 'The First Scientific Proof of God.' Thus, it is time to recover the dualism Strauss identified above.. This change means that 'natural rights' must return to the minds of every human citizen. Unfortunately, all natural rights were rejected by the national government. This rejection of natural rights by the national government is confirmed in the hearings of Justice Clarence Thomas. (click) Since Thomas was the nominate of the Republican party and Thomas is a natural law theorist, it is irrational that republicans voted against the natural right of health care that was signed by President Obama in 2010. The Declaration of Independence and the Constitution both say that the USA is a nation under God. How can the national government and any State and local government have employees who reject natural rights. Something is basically wrong in the USA.

The New Health Care Reform and the U.S. Government

If the U.S government followed the U.S. founding documents (Declaration of Independence and Constitution) and the social contract of John Locke, it would have to secure the health care of all U.S. citizens equally. However, the new health care law will not secure all U.S. citizens equally. Instead, private insurance health care companies will secure the people of the USA unequally. Since U.S. citizens will not be secured equally for health care, the U.S. government is violating the founding documents.

So, it is time to impeach all justices of Supreme Court and all members of Congress because they lack knowledge of the founding principles of the USA. The executive branch would be unchanged because President Obama was trying to equalize the security of health care for all citizens. This impeachment could be delayed so that the justices and members of Congress become familiar with the founding principles. They can become familiar with these principles in the 'Natural Right and History ' by Leo Strauss. (1899- 1973).

In 1970, the 7th impression of Leo Strauss' book demonstrates its importance. In his last Preface, Strauss says. '...the divine law is not natural law, let alone natural right.'' These words mean that he believes that God exists and is active. Unfortunately, his 1970 timing was no longer effective because many physical and life sciences had recently rejected God and sought a completed knowledge of the end of the universe. In 1970, the number of U.S. deists, atheists, materialists, and evolutionists were growing fast. For forty years, these nonbelievers would search for this completed knowledge. But, they failed. So it is time to return to the work of Strauss, the founding principles, and an active God.

The New Health Care Reform and the Thoughts of John Locke

John Locke's First Treatise of Government refutes the Divine Right of Kings because this divine right says that man is not free. Thus, the first government is an ”absolute monarchy.“ In Locke's Second Treatise of Government, he proposes a positive government that will avoid those organized people who govern by force and violence.

Locke's positive government uses natural rights and a social contract. To Locke, natural rights exist before government is formed and come from God. One natural right is the right to survive. Related natural rights are all of those means that allows us to survive. Basic survival rights are life, liberty, health, and property. Note. The Obama/Pelosi act on health care was godly. Then, when Locke defines his positive government, he says that some human rights must be transferred to the national government so it can secure the rights of each person against other persons and other governments.

The founders of the USA used Locke's positive government. But the national government has not followed Locke's government. Thus, it is necessary to develop a plan that would correct the federal, State, and local governments immediately.

Locke says that one person should not violate the rights of any other person. So, peace is an important act of all governments. Considering other people is known as the Golden Rule. This rule obliges everyone to reason because it reveals the laws of nature. Thus, if a person reflects on what is best, that person would set a goal of survival that is common to all people. Establishing national survival goals are thus necessary.

In my research on an active God, I found six attributes of God. These attributes of God are as follows: (1) one, (2) equality, (3) union, (4) infinite, (5) indivisible, and (6) independence. However, I found that God reflects his attributes into things in our world logically. These attributes form images of God. These reflections are found in eight conceptual things as follows: (1) many things, (2) inequality things, (3) related things, (4) finite things, (5) indivisible things, (6) divisible things, (7) independent things, and (8) dependent things. Our soul is found as indivisible/divisible things. But our soul is also found in independent/dependent things. So, I confirm Locke's social contract theory and that the USA is a social nation.

Obviously, the founding documents and Locke's self-government have been lost to those forces that seek control of the whole USA. Today, a new force is developing to destroy the natural right of health. This is the Tea Party, which is receiving funds from private organizationt. Apparently, the Tea Party and its funding organization does not know that the founding documents mandate the social contract of John Locke. locle's social contracts identifies self evident rights such as life, liberty, health, and property. So, the Tea Party and their funding organization are violating U.S. laws.

The New Health Care Reform and the Way an Active God Created Us

My writings on the subject of an active God are advanced compared to other writers. My advances have occurred because (1) I concluded that all scriptures are man-made and (2) because I reject deism, materialism, atheism, and Darwin's evolutionary theory. Further, my studies of the Old Testament (KJV), the Dead Sea Scrolls, and the English Translation of the Septuagint (Greek Bible) confirms my conclusion that all scriptures are man-made. However, this study also tell me that the Jesus Christ is not the Son of God but that the teachings of Jesus Christ have their origin in (1) many different Greek writings, (2) the Septuagint and (3) the writings of Plato and his student, Alexander the Great. Thus, I believe that only an active God should be practiced and worshipped. Thus, deism, the Old Testament, the New Testament, and the Qur'an, should only be used to help develop our knowledge of the active God.

The study of an active God is necessary because all human rights, including the right for health care, originate in an active God and are expressed in His Intelligent Design of our universe. God's design of these rights must be found by us because some of them must be given to the national government so that it can secure all U.S. citizens many different ways. The national government must also secure all U.S. citizens because the Declaration of Independence states that 'all Men are created equal.' Privileges are not for any humans.

Human rights (or natural rights) can be found only if one studies God's creation as St. Paul suggested in Rom. 1:20. Health care can be proven to be a natural right if one studies an active God and His intelligent design and discoveries that an active God is infinite and perfect and that all created things are finite and imperfect. So, at birth, some humans can have imperfections such as diabetes, cancer, autism, etc. Health care must thus care for patients who are born with imperfections or develop imperfections during life.

But our health care systems will not work if its workers reject an inactive God and accept deism, atheism, materialism, and Darwin's evolutionary theory. The health care systems will not work because humans are not mechanical things. All things that an active God creates are wholes. Each created thing thus has an infinite number of parts. Galileo also discovered this fact. So, all health care schools and all practitioners must change.

The New Health Care Reform Is Secured By the U.S. Government

When the U.S. founders applied the social contract of John Locke, they created Locke's Society, which organizes all of the colonists as 'one People.' (Click and scroll to 'The Social Contract Theory") The Society was authorized in the first two paragraphs of the Declaration of Independence. The remaining words in the Declaration of Independence thus authorized the Society to go to war if England created a war against the Society.

Once Locke's Society was formed on July 4, 1776, Locke's Government was formed instantly. This Government was new because it is a self-government that is 'of, by, and for' the colonists. Initially, Locke's Government was the Second Continental Congress. The self-government was finalized by the Constitution. In Locke's social contract, all rights are natural because they come from God. Thus a self-government has no rights other than the rights given to it by the Society. It should be clear that Society is sovereign. It should also be clear that all rights of a self-government have the purpose to secure the Society. One right of Government is to protect the Society against all wars. But roads, clean water, health, care, etc. must also protect the Society. So social projects are as necessary as military projects.

Unfortunately, after the Lincoln Administration, Locke's Society/Government were changed. This change by the national government was illegal because only 'the People' can change the rights of Government. So, the founding 'Society' and the 'one people' were eliminated by the national government when it seized sovereignty from the Society and its ' founding document.' The national government seized sovereignty by claiming that the Declaration of Independence only authorized a war with England.

Unless the people of the USA become independent voters and clean out Congress, they will never build the nation that our great founders established. At this time, money has become the real sovereignty in the USA.

The New Health Care Reform and the Rights of Man

The rights of man deal with man's morality. Rights seek answers to two questions: 'what is right' and 'what is wrong.'' (click) Two kind of rights exist. One group of rights are called natural rights and the other group of rights are called positive rights..

Thomas Paine (1731–1809) said that natural rights cannot be granted by any organization of people because this organization could revoke them. By revoking rights, man's rights would be reduced to privileges. (click) All natural rights are thus found only in those humans who enter into a social contract with each other. With a social contract, these organized citizens become sovereign, becomes a Union in which all citizens depend on each other, and produce a self-government. In the founding of the USA, the founders used John Locke's social contract, which is found in his famous book on 'Two Treatises of Government.' (click)

Paine says that this is the only way a self-government can come into existence. Accordingly, when the new health care reform passed on March 21, 2010, Speaker Nancy Pelosi said correctly that health care in the USA is a right, not a privilege. Positive rights are thus found only in nations in which a governing group of people can grant privileges and do not depend on each other.

However, the USA has developed a 'rights problem.' This problem began to develop after Abe Lincoln was assassinated. It seems that in the 20th century, a group of U.S. lawyers and Supreme Court justices agreed to reinterpret the Declaration of Independence. With their interpretations, the Declaration of Independence was reduced to an authority to engage in war with England. Their misinterpretations thus destroyed Locke's social contract that I discussed above. Yet, to any intelligent person, Locke's social contract is clearly defined in the first two paragraphs of the Declaration of Independence. Their misinterpretations are also destroying those natural rights, that are endowed to us by God. Some of these natural rights are 'certain unalienable Rights that among them are Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness.''

Although the Declaration of Independence was not destroyed and is still displayed in Washington, these incorrect misinterpretations are destroying our Union and are transforming our natural rights into privileges. Interestingly, these misinterpretations have also opened new, but wrong, views of our world by atheists, materialists, and deists.

The New Health Care Reform and the Failures of The Project Reason, the Republic Party, and Deism

I believe that new projects on reason are needed today for two reasons: (1) because many scientific and religious teachings are outdated and (2) because The Project Reason of Sam Harris is no longer posting negative comments and has become political. I was glad to learn about The Project Reason that Sam Harris developed. (click). However, the more I read about Harris' project, the more I rejected it. When I began to turn away from his project, I concluded that Harris' project is connected to (1) many ideas of today' s republicans and (2) the theory of an inactive God known as deism. I believe that these political connections have the force to destroy the new health care reform.

Eventually, I concluded that Harris' Project Reason is tightly connected to the ancient version of deism and the Jews inactive God. This ancient version of deism appeared when some Jews stopped the teachings of Jesus Christ when they convinced Romans to put Jesus to death on the Cross. Because of this anti-science event, humans were fortunate to learn that the teachings of Jesus Christ were recorded by friendly Jews. And since Jesus taught many Greek ideas, humans were also fortunate to learn that the writings of Plato were preserved by the Eastern Christians in Russia. Without these two teachings, the real truth about our world and the truth about an active God would have been hidden and the USA would be a colony of England today. Withs these two teachings, the active God became visible to all people. These two teachings also told us that a single world exists and is expressed as 'All is One.'

This single world has no beginning or end. It will thus destroy deism and atheism and will also destroy The Project Reason of Sam Harris. Below, I show why The Project Reason of Harris is wrong. This project must be challenged before it hides the truths about the an active God and His Intelligent Design of our universe.

Many atheists, deists, and materialists have become followers of Harris' project on reason. Their common thought is a universe that had a beginning and thus has an end. Since many materialists are also atheists, the deists hope for a life after death in Heaven rather than in Hell. However, all of these followers believe in a universe that ends because they follow all of the work of Albert Einstein. Rather than accepting an active God and the teachings of Leibniz, Plato, and Jesus, Einstein accepted an inactive God when he said that God does not play dice. By following Einstein, The Project Reason of Harris says that all living things have their origin in nonliving physical things. To Harris, all humans are mechanisms and thus have no freedom. With Harris' project on reason, our freedom is lost only because Einstein removed the concept of 'independence' from all things in the universe. To these three followers of Harris, freedom has become an illusion. However, I say that Einstein was wrong. His warped timespace is not true because a structureless physical atom has never been found in our atom smashers. But note. The U.S. founders did not remove independence from our citizens.

Why did Einstein make errors? First, Einstein was not a mathematician. He also did not study the works of Nicholas of Cusa. So, Einstein never learned that the absolute maximum and absolute minimum will be found only in God. Thus, he never learned that time = 0 will be found in God but will never be found in any finite thing. For example, anything with length (e.g., a yardstick) has an infinite number of indivisible parts and has no zero part. Galileo found that all bodies have an infinite number of indivisible parts. (See Ch. 6 in "Galileo Galilei, his life and his works" by Raymond Seeger.) Thus, the concepts zero and infinite are not part of our finite or transfinite number systems. So, when Einstein said that universe had a beginning, he was wrong when he added '0' (zero) to the universe.

On the subject of human rights, the project reason of Harris and its followers say that all human values are secular values. Thus, Harris says that God did not include any values in His Intelligent Design of the universe. Harris says that values are universal. But he says that these values originate in our brain rather than in God. Thus, in the phrase, 'Laws of Nature and Nature's God,' which is found in the Declaration of Independence, Harris removes the 'Laws of Nature's God' in this phrase. Thus, The Project Reason of Harris is changing the U.S. Declaration of Independence.

On Republican party thoughts, I agree that the early Republicans were following the work of Abe Lincoln in the 1860s. These Republicans thus thought that 'all Men are created equal.' However, today's Republicans are different and no longer follow the work of Abe Lincoln. Instead of following Lincoln, many of today's Republicans are godless and follow closely Harris; project on reason. Today's Republicans are different because they believe that the purpose of a free market economy is only to build monetary wealth. So, they seek a small government. But these Republicans do not understand that our nation is a Union that has social contract and self-government. The free market economy of Republicans has created a problem because citizens began to view socialism as an enemy of a free market economy. This view is wrong. Socialism is not an enemy of a free market economy because both are necessary to build a nation and prevent the development of unwanted cultures such as the drug culture. A nation is built with two systems: (1) social projects and (2) a free market economy. For instance, without the GI Bill of Rights after WWII and our space program in the 1960s, the USA would have not developed. Building reservoirs, highways, bridges, sewage systems, libraries, parks, and hospitals are examples of necessary social projects. Without social projects, unwanted cultures will develop. When President Obama stimulated many social projects, a Republican argued ignorantly that Obama's stimulus will not return any profit. This Republican neither understands socialism nor the trickle-up economy of England's John Keynes.

In closing, I notice that some republican and democratic ideas are basically wrong. For instance, many medical doctors view a human being as a mechanism. This view is wrong and eliminates our freedom. Currently, many medical doctors do not even try to solve some medical problems such as cancer and diabetes. I say that humans are not mechanisms. My words are supported by the work of Cusa and Galileo. To Galileo, every body has an infinite number of indivisible parts. Thus, the new law on health care reform should open new opportunities for our new and young medical doctors. They should produce major medical changes and develop new ways of thinking about humans. Such new opportunities came to me as a young engineer on the space program in the 1960s. With a few engineers, we changed the nation's analog thinking to digital thinking.
