Some Unproven Religious Teachings Must be Limited by Law
In the USA, the Declaration of Independence says that all humans are created equal. Thus, a Catholic cleric is never closer to God than any other human or any maturing child. But, such a questionable religious teaching in the USA will not become unlawful unless the Declaration of Independence becomes a part of the body of US laws.

A Message to All Believers in God
Supreme Court Error.
The US Supreme Court says that the Declaration of Independence is not a law. I say that the Court is wrong.
The USA is a new political experiment. The name of the old political philosophy is ‘the ruled vs. the rulers.’ John Locke identifies it as a political society. The philosophy of the new experiment is ‘the governed vs. the governing. Locke identifies the new experiment as a civil society. The experiment is guided by Locke’s social contract theory, which is found in his paper, The Second Treatise of Government. Locke identifies two contracts. This first contract is found in the US Declaration of Independence. This is an agreement among the governed States. This contract creates Locke’s society. The second contract is found in the US Constitution. This is an agreement between the governed and the governing. This contract creates Locke’s government.
The society and government form an indivisible Union. These two components thus come into existence together. In this new experiment, all US citizens in the society share their God-given rights with government.
In section 87, Locke says, ‘Those who are united into one body and have a common established law and judicature to appeal to, with authority to decide controversies between them and punish offenders, are in civil society one with another; ..."
By excluding the first contract from the body of US laws, the Supreme Court destroyed society. Its error also destroyed the new experiment and returned the USA to the ruled vs. the ruler political philosophy, where the new rulers are Washington lobbyists and their career Washington representatives. If this error is corrected, the USA will again become a nation under God.

More on Hegel, July 15, 2007
Since the absolute maximum will not be found in our finite world, we can expect to find two kinds of opposites in the universe. The first kind has a pair of opposites in which their ‘essences’ are maximally different. The second kind has a pair of opposites in which their essences are not maximally different.
In his Phenomenology of Spirit, Preface, paragraph 39, Hegel says that the pair of opposites, true and false, is an example of the first kind. He says that these opposites have ‘complete otherness.’ This kind, he says, is like oil and water and does not mix. He thus rejects the statement --- in every falsehood there is a grain of truth. Thus, false is not a moment of truth. To know that something is false merely means that there is a disparity between ‘what knowledge we have’ and ‘the truth we are seeking In the same paragraph, Hegel identifies three other pairs of opposites of the first kind. They are as follows: subject-object, finite-infinite, and being-thought. If he was living today, Hegel would laugh at the one-sided and godless universes that are proposed by today’s physicists.
The opposites in the second kind have similar essences and are related functionally. They coexist under a higher idea (synthesis). An example is a plant that has inner essential moments such as roots and stems, which develop outer essential moments such as branches, leaves, buds, blossoms, fruit and seed. These moments are different positive things which are developed over time by a negation process. This negative process is ‘Plato’s negative,’ which appears in his Sophist at 257b.

More on Hegel, July 14, 2007
In his Phenomenology of Spirit, Preface, Paragraph 71, Hegel holds that Science exists solely on the self-movement of the Notion, just as Plato self-moved the Notion, One, into Hegel’s dialectic, living triad known as "thesis, antithesis, and synthesis." He also says, "Plato’s Parmenides " surely the greatest artistic achievement of the ancient dialectic) was regarded as the disclosure and positive expression of the divine life, and times when, despite the obscurity generated by ecstacy, this misunderstood ecstacy was in fact supposed to be nothing else than the pure Notion. Essentially, Hegel recognized that Plato’s self-movement of the Notion ‘One’ in Parmenides is the real method of doing science.
As seen, Science must reform itself. And atheists must rethink about their irrational and immoral ways of living. However, religions must also begin to teach scientific knowledge.

More on Hegel. July 13, 2007
As one of the early students of Nicholas of Cusa in the USA, after the translations of Cusa’s writings by Jasper Hopkins appeared in 1979, I believe that the work of Hegel is connected closely to the work of Nicholas. It is unfortunate that Hegel’s work came to the USA during his lifetime but that it took 530 years for Nicholas’ major book (On Learned Ignorance) to appear in the USA. Because of the newness and difficulty of the work of Nicholas, I discuss his work throughout my book. I also spend the whole of Part IIa on his negative theology.
Like my book expands on the work of Nicholas, Hegel also expands on the work of Nicholas. We separate slightly because I offer a new view of the world. For instance, Hegel treats all finite things as living things. So, a sand dune, for instance, has a life. I agree that all finite things have some sort of life. But, I do not believe that ‘knowing’ exists in all finite things. So, Hegel sees the world as having two primary concepts, God and Universe. Since knowing does not exist in all finite things, I see the world as having three primary concepts, God, Infrastructure of Life, and Life. Thus, I do not believe that life exists on a planet unless man, plants, and lower animals are also on that planet.
Essentially, Hegel and I are bringing the field of biology under God, but in slightly different ways. Hegel’s focus is on the mind as a developing Spirit-body. I believe only in the development of the human Spirit. beyond the development of the human Spirit, my focus is on minds as spiritual atoms of the universe. Ste theory thus applies. These atoms combine to form all Spirit-bodies. But, today we have many more tools of thoughts that Hegel had at his time. Today, we have books on many living geometries. On p. 174 of my book, I list some of these new tools of thought. Guy Murchie’s book on "The Seven Mysteries of Life" shows how many different finite things are living.
If the US government does not include the Declaration of Independence in the body of US laws, US scientists do not accept God, and all atheists do not consider the reality of God, I expect the USA to continue to degenerate as a godly culture and world leader.

More on Hegel, July 11, 2007
This special relationship and its endless number of spiritual atoms form the universe, which becomes a special finite whole. This special whole is the universe that God created. However, this special whole cannot be equated to a mechanical or physical whole. For instance, an automobile is a mechanical whole. It has parts such as a steering wheel. But unlike the special whole, the steering wheel is not ‘in’ every part of an automobile. In a mechanical whole, each part thus has a clear beginning and clear end.
The universe that God created is a special finite whole. It has parts, but they have no beginning or end. This is why we can’t find the beginning and end of anything in our bodies. Hegel calls this special finite whole an ‘organic unity.’ Today, we call it an organism. So the universe is not a mechanical or physical thing. Clearly, health care for the parts of our bodies is a difficult task. It seems that Hegel was connected to biologists who were interested in ’whole forming.’
My work and Hegel’s work are coming together nicely. Our work is exposing, little by little, the wrong paths on which our sciences and atheists are today.

More on Hegel, July 10, 2007
A good researcher will connect the work of critical and different personalities because they know that God is moving the universe only essentially. These personalities thus search only for the essentials that God included in our world. I concentrate on God's essentials in my book whereas other scientists focus on both essentials and accidents and do not know how to distinguish them.
Hegel is working only on the essentials that things have received from God. Hegel is thus a panentheist who beleeves that God creats everything out of nothing. All things from God are thus 'images of God.' Everything that comes from God are essential and rational. This is why Hegel says, "the real is rational and the rational is real"
To create, an infinite God must create finite things. This kind of creation is necessary because created thing cannot be perfect. Most people do not understand that what is created cannot be a perfect being in a finite world, as God is perfect being in an infinite worldi. Finite things thus have accidents as well as essentials. We would be 'puppets on the strings of God' if we had only essentials. We have independence because we live among accidents as well as essentials.
I beleeve that the atheists and scientists are as lost as a black lamb can become lost. They conceive 'environments" that do not exist, vacuums that do not exist, strings that do not exist, big bangs that do not esist, a godless nature that does not exist, etc. For this reason, the Declaration of Independence must be reinstalled into the body of US laws. The US lawyers had no legel authority in the USA to remove the Declaration. Only 'the people,' or their representatives in Washington, could remove it. Replace the Declaration to the body of the US laws and you will see a very beautiful nation emerge in a short time.

Atheism Is Producing Negative Effects in Two Major Institutions

US Science Is Lost
Interestingly, these three beliefs are much like the belief of religions in God. Perhaps these three scientific beliefs should also be separated from State, just as all religions are separated from State. This separation would stop the flow of wasted government funds to these three beliefs.
To help the school of physics search for answers to their problems, I made reviews of the books by Smolin and Woit in Amazon.com. Click There, I suggested that the schools of physics and biology add theology (the theory of God) to their thoughts. However, I doubt that they will make this addition because most physicists and biologists are atheists.
Since the schools of physics and biology are now lost, what should the federal government do? To solve the problem of these two schools, I suggest that government act immediately to return the Declaration of Independence to the body of US laws. This correction will require that the theory of God be considered by all government agencies and by all federally funded projects.

Hegel’s Work Is Proving My Book
I now conclude that my book is the most advanced book today on the subjects of theology and science. The students of scriptures will find that their minds can expand greatly with my book and Hegel’s work
Is the Declaration of Independence a Part of the Body of US Laws?
matt's comment
The Declaration of Independence has no legal authority. Its purpose was to formally break ties with Britain. Additionally, it makes to reference to a Christian God. It only says "Creator" which may cover several difference concepts from "nature" to the Christian God, to the Deist God.
The Declaration was written by Thomas Jefferson who is generally regarded as a Deist, and had these wise words to say about coercive Christianity:"Millions of innocent men, women, and children, since the introduction of Christianity, have been burnt, tortured, fined, and imprisoned; yet we have not advanced one inch toward uniformity. What has been the effect of coercion? To make one-half the world fools and the other half hypocrites."He also says:"It is not to be understood that I am with him [Jesus] in all his doctrines. I am a Materialist."
It seems quite unlikely that the Creator spoken of by Jefferson is anything like the God that you believe in, though it's all a moot point as the Declaration has never had any legal authority.
My Response
My June 30, 2007 blog shows why the Declaration of Independence is a part of the body of US laws. The Declaration is one of two contracts. Locke's social contract requires these two contracts. This first contract is defined by the Declaration of Independence and is an agreement among 'the people' who formed a specific 'society' and named it the United States of America. The second contract is between 'the people' of the new 'society' and its 'government.' Government was defined by the Articles of Confederation, which was modified and renamed as the Constitution These two contracts form the political concepts known as 'the governed' and 'the government.' These new political concepts replaced the old political concepts, 'ruled' and 'ruler.'
Obviously, the field of law in the USA is ignorant of the founders action to make a radical political change, from ruled/ruler to civil society/government. This change is the big experiment spoken of by political scientists. It should thus be clear that a US citizen can violate both the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution.

More on Hegel’s Idealism, I
In the book title, "Hegel: The Essential Writings" by Friederick G. Weiss, the Foreword is written by J. N. Findlay. There, Findlay provides three points of discussion that might guide scientists. First, he says that a merely descriptive view of the world never plunges beneath the surface or raises WHY kind of questions. Findlay thus wonders why scientists do not seek the purpose of the world and its things. Second, Findlay says that the endless explanatory regress, which is favored by science, cannot be intellectually satisfactory if ‘bad infinities’ are accepted. Findlay thus wonders why ‘true infinities’ are not sought by scientists. Third, Findlay says that one’s Absolute must not be without something which contrasts with it. Findlay is thus saying that an Absolute is active and cannot be ‘above the battle.’ With Findlay’s guidance, new scientific thoughts might emerge.

My Response to Lee Smolin's Book, "The Trouble With Physics"
Since in 1776 because the USA was a nation under God, the early colonists knew the future path of the USA. Then, after the assassinationr, the people of the USA had no idea of the future. Today, the purpose if the USA is still unknown. Thus, the lives of people are oscillating as if they were living on a see saw, which is moved by the liberals and conservatives. In my response to Smolin, I identify the way God can be tested with data open to our eyes. So, there is a scientific project that government must fund to get it people off of this political see saw. I identify this scientific project in my response to Smolin.
Response
Many thanks must go to Lee Smolin for informing non physicists of the truth about problems in the school of physics. Workers in all fields ought to be able to express such truths. I also read about the string theory problem in Peter Woit’s book on "Not Even Wrong." Smolin tells us that the string theory cannot be tested or proven to be false. If this is true, the string theory can be classified with the Big Bang theory and the biological evolutionary theory. Thus, three new scientific theories have created three new belief systems. If so, they can be classified with the theological belief in God, which cannot be tested. However, I found that the belief in God can be proven scientifically and can be falsified if any absolutely free physical particles can be found beyond the ‘asymptotically free particles’ observed in the Yang-Mills theory.
Accordingly, beyond returning to basic physics, as Smolin suggests, it is now clear that particle physicists must dig deeper into the ‘infinitely small’ before the US Declaration of Independence and the Constitution can be amended to remove the belief in God from the founding documents of the USA. The apparent failure of these three theories and the bravery of people, such as Smolin and Woit, will likely be judged by historians as a significant US event. For this reason, this book is an important book to read and own.

Idealism, Materialism, and US Science
Plato is the first idealist and Friedrich Hegel is a significant modern idealist whereas the first significant materialist is Karl Marx. In January 2006, because I was not getting younger, I concluded that it was time to publish my 25-year research on science and theology. It was finally published in June as "The First Scientific Proof of God." Since I did not study and include the works of Hegel and Marx in my book, I discuss them briefly here. In general, my book is aligned to Hegel’s idealism and spiritual development, primarily because I use spiritual atoms to form a single organic universe. In this blog, I use information on Hegel from the book, "Hegel: the Essential Writings" by Frederick Weiss (Harper Torchbooks). I use information on Marx and from the book, "Reader in Marxist Philosophy" by Howard Selsam and Harry Martel (International Publishers).
Hegel’s world is an organism consisting of God and Spirit-bodies. Reincarnation gives spirits the ability to develop higher levels of consciousness by seeking higher ideas and negating other ideas. Marx’s world is purely physical, aligns to Darwin’s evolutionary theory, and develops man into an economic culture through science and without a rich class.
In our modern era, materialism is seen initially in Russia in 1917. But, this materialism lost its communistic power in 1990. Idealism was installed initially in the USA in 1776. However, both idealism and God were lost following the assassination of Abe Lincoln. These losses are growing because all sciences have become aligned to materialism, which has no god. Further, an increasing number non scientists have become atheists. Since the Lincoln assassination, the USA has become a highly confused nation. The future of the USA has become unknown and thus insecure.
To my knowledge, only my book is identifying ways to correct the past and current trend of the USA so that its ‘society’ and ‘government ’can reestablish their world leadership through God and a rational future.

A George Shollenberger Report on Citizen Obligations in the US Civil Society Under God
1. A citizen is obligated to be a member of the US civil society and its laws, which must be obeyed to avoid punishment. Since each US citizen gives rights to its government, the freedom of each US citizen is limited.
2. A citizen is obligated to serve as a member of US government as required by the US laws.
3. A citizen is obligated to recognize God as a reality but is not obligated to be a member of any religion. Since the open practice of atheism is a criminal act, atheism is punishable.
4. A citizen, who is a member of the US government, must consider God in all governmental activities and decisions.
5. A citizen, who is a member of the US government, must function for th US government for the common good of the US civil society at all times. (The common good is created and achieved with national goals for all citizens.)
6. All citizens must function for the common good at all times
7. In all schools, young US citizens must open each day by saying the Pledge of Allegiance which states "I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the Republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all."
