If politicians violate the founding documents or violate any law of the body of U.S.laws, I conclude that they should be imprisoned like other criminals are imprisoned. But today's politicians are able to commit crimes without being imprisoned because federal law enforcement agencies are not authorized to detect political crimes.
For many years, I worked in the National Institute of Justice at the Justice Department. My job was to help reduce the U.S. crime. To reduce crime, we wanted to learn how to detect governmental crimes and white collar crimes. But our detection of political crimes was never authorized. When President Nixon violated a political crime, he merely resigned and was never imprisoned. Accordingly, U.S. citizens must conclude that political crimes are not being detected at all. Thus, something is wrong with the governments of the United States.
In the USA, the field of politics is taught in colleges and universities.
(click) There, studies are made about governments, public policies and political processes, systems, and political behavior. There, we also find studies on political theories, political philosophy, political ideology, political economy, policy studies and analysis, comparative politics, and international relations. However, at these colleges and universities, the field of politics does not study God. This is unusual because every U.S. politician must obey the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution.
Since colleges and universities are not studying God, I decided to contact my university. Before his retirement, I contacted President William Brody of Johns Hopkins University (JHU). We discussed the missing studies of God by our colleges and universities. Brody told me that JHU tells all students that JHU is a nonsectarian university. I told Brody that the symbol 'nonsectarian' means 'that religions will not be studied at JHU.. I told Brody that nonsectarian dos not mean that God cannot be studied by our colleges and universities. He investigated my point and agreed that colleges and universities can study God without changing the word 'nonsectarian.'
Thus, the word 'nonsectarian' has been misused by the U.S. colleges and universities for many years. This misuse has also allowed U.S. politicians to commit crimes without imprisonment.
Isn't it time to get honest politicians into the U.S. government? Butt if a politician is a criminal, and he or she wants to stop their criminal activities, they must recognize that all crime comes from their own flawed minds.
